Very long waiting time. The reason? Only 1 staff is working at the front and the other 2 were just wandering at the back with doing nothing. Looks like the employees here don’t have a sense about timing and don’t care about the customers.

Missing part of order. Ordered online and stood there at the front waiting forever while I saw my food behind the counter getting cold as they called up others in front of me. Super small portions

Ordered DoorDash and all the food I got was OLD. I would even go as far as saying it was reheated from the night before. We didn’t even try to eat any of it. It didn’t even smell right.

I got a plate with rice some general tso chicken and I didn’t have to wait in line too long for it and it tasted really good

Always an extremely long line, line staff is beyond slow, monotone, and the work ethic is absurd. Just waited about an hour because my daughter enjoys their food. Options were very limited and not fresh. This location needs major help.

Terrible customer service. Certain people get larger portions than others. I have also seen certain people receive friendlier service than others. Sitting here for half an hour and have witnessed it several times now. I would avoid this location if possible

Dined in at Panda Express of Easton Town center in Columbus, Ohio. The experience was overall mediocre, but what led me to write this review was the rude and unprofessional customer service by the cashier Angelica. She had a bad attitude through the entire exchange while even raising her voice at me jn frustration when i asked for napkins. My pregnant friend asked for a refill of her water cup and she refused to serve her it. It was shocking that she would represent this company who’s food I usually enjoy.
