Disappointed on how this restaurant is becoming. Portions have dropped so much. And when you order Chow Mein Noodles you get more Cabbage than the noodles. Isnt that a garnish? Or is the noodles the garnish, im confused

My family really enjoys take out from here. It is one of the places we all agree on. The last few times that we have gone 1.5-2 hours before closing (around 7-7:30 dinner time) they are out of EVERYTHING! Don’t they make it right there? This confuses me, and gives the impression that they are just not willing! Possibly just want to be cleaned up and ready to go at closing, so offering only scraps of menu items left. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Panda Express, like a lot of places, has gone downhill since Covid. There’s not as many people working, so the service is slower than usual, and they’re often out of menu items or don’t have enough cooks to have food ready when it runs out. It’s not a bad fast food restaurant and will do if you’re willing to wait for service.

Listen, if I come in almost an hour before closing, a little after 8pm, everything on the menu should be available. Instead, the group working had half the front shut down and were missing the items I wanted. The whole kitchen was torn apart, and they were actively cleaning instead of serving. Like, wth? I planned to eat inside, but they’d blocked off most of the dining area with chairs and the little area that was open? Some employee was sitting there playing on her phone and it was stacked with boxes. Went to get my drink and managed to get a cup full of carbonated water because they hadn’t replaced the syrup in the soda I wanted either. Whomever the manager was last night, on the 18th of June, really should be replaced.

The coke machine drips a nice steady cold stream of water all over your hands as you fill up your drink. We got egg rolls which were really too crispy and also cold. I had the mushroom chicken and there was so much fat on the pieces of chicken. I also had the orange chicken.. That was alright. Rice was not hot.

Worst meal I have ever had. The best thing about this restaurant was the fortune cookies. Spent over $70.00, on 2 adults and 3 children. We waited 15+ minutes to order them had to wait longer as our food was made “fresh”, although by the time we got our food everything was cold. Line was too long to even ask for something different or money back.
