Some of the staff is okay and food is edible, when it’s ready. The manager Mario is a complete joke and you can tell they don’t take careful consideration in the hiring process. Truly hope change comes soon.

I have never had any apathy about Panda Express until I came here. This looks like another typical Panda joint. Clean enough. However the staffs are not efficient to serve. We ordered Teriyaki chicken which was finished. They told us to wait 7-8 min, and we agreed. We were waiting for ages, until it arrived almost burnt! We asked for a cup of water, which they forgot. And last but not the least, they were all serving without the serving gloves! Yuk! I don’t wanna go back.

Great food. Great attitude. Great clean atmosphere. Shout out to the young man who cooks the food. Shout out to the cashier for being so polite and shout out to the young lady working the drive thru. Me and my brother were there and got plates. My brother had made his order and half of his plate was fixed. He had to wait for orange chicken in which the person said would be 8 minutes. He waited for some time then had to be told they threw his plate away and had to remake it.I’m at home half way done with my food and there is a screw in my food.

Horrible hiring practices. Took over two weeks in their hiring process and even had an online zoom meeting where I was forced to take off work or miss the interview. It lasted hours for no reason and no call back

Manager was requesting us to move our vehicle so they could use those spots for pickup I was with a handicap couple ,then the lady started throwing our food in bags even though we were dining in. Very poor service at least one employee apologized for their behavior.

Stick to the drive thru. Inside was dirty ..floors were bad, several tables dirty in the bathroom was gross. The bad thing is there were four employees, one was actually cooking the other three were doing a lot of standing around talking about their co-workers that weren’t there when they could have been sweeping up that floor. They also seem to care more about the people in the drive-thru than the customers in front of their face. Myself and another customer in front of me waited quite a while while they continue to take drive-thru orders while looking at us.

There’s a reason they were dead at 6pm… the food is awful even for Panda Express standards. I guess the employees think the food is so bad that a customer won’t realize when they mix items together to try and whip up an item they’re out of. They were out of mushroom chicken, so they tossed some overcooked chicken used for another item in the sauce, then it in the plate with undercooked zucchini. It was freakin gross. Stay away.
