My orange chicken was hard and stale, I also ordered the angus beef that was $1.50 upcharge and I got 2 pc of meat. Tried to call and they just kept picking up the phone and hanging up. I was already home so I didn’t plan on driving 15-20 minutes back, so I just threw it away. Paid $40 for 3 people and would’ve had better luck going to McDonald’s which is sad.

Close to I-75 with easy access including drive thru. Plenty of seating inside and same pseudo-buffet ordering process. Food prep is formulaic so you’ll get the same flavors you’ve had elsewhere if you’ve eaten at the chain. For the newcomer, plenty of choices that’ll satisfy most picky plates. Picky’s Recommendation: if you want a quick meal that’s not burgers and fries this’ll do the trick. And if you like Coke, give the bottled Coke with real sugar. Tastes better I think. One complaint: dined in and they gave me a bag even though I said 3 times I didn’t want one to done in. What a waste–literally.

Ordered a family meal online. said it would be ready for pickup by 6:00 p.m. I get a text at 5:53 p.m. saying it’s ready for pickup. I show up to the store at 6:00 p.m. give the girl behind my counter my name and then proceed to be ignored for the next 22 minutes until a shift lead asked for my name. I give them my name for pick up again, and then they proceed to bring my food out of the back, meaning that it has been sitting in the back for 20 minutes plus for no reason whatsoever. cheese rangoons were extremely soggy after my 1.3 mile drive home. This is not the first time that I’ve had similar issues with this same location.

I’ve had two orders messed up in the span of a week. Usually very quick service through the drive through, but I’d rather them be slower and get the orders correct. All that aside the staff have been friendly. *EDITED* to add that this last trip is the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had in my life. I will never go back to this Panda Express. My food was a soggy disgusting mush. And the portions were way under par for the norm

This location is probably my least favorite I’ve ever been to. I have been to Panda’s in several different states and this one is by far has the blandest tasting food. Everytime I come here I always fool myself into thinking it’ll be different this time. NOPE. Fried rice taste like nothing. No flavor. White rice is never cooked right. Some of the entrees taste a day old. The food in general is lacking the flavor that’s Panda’s usually provides. Maybe they adjust the flavor according to the customers in the area but to me the food in general lacks flavor

Walnut Shrimp is good and my Orange Chicken was good but had a few pieces that were tough or I would have given this place 5 stars. Fried Rice was good but it didn’t seem fried, more like steamed. Overall it’s great to have this here in Cleveland and it’s pretty good food. Hopefully a year from now they are still serving quality food.

Unfortunately their Consistency is not Good one day the Chicken is Good and has a hint of Spicy and the Next day it’s Fire to the point that it’s wasted and goes in the Trash I’m so Upset because when you order for the Entire Family and no one can eat it. Gets Very Expensive so I’ve Decided to Find a different Place that’s sell chineese Food because this isn’t It. It’s happen 2 times and I will not continue to spend my hard earned money in this place to have it go in the Trash

Apparently the store closes at 10:00 but the lobby closes at 9:00. A suggestion or two: When someone offers a pick up order the website should say to go through the drive thru NOT the lobby. Also, if someone opens the door to come in an pick up an order, the woman cleaning tables doesn’t need to yell and be rude. And, finally, put a sign on door saying the lobby is closed. OH, and, half my order was missing … and the “manager” said she couldn’t give me a refund. Fabulous!

Well, one order was missing an entire meat, the other might a well have. The beef and broccoli was 95%broccoli and had two tiny pieces of beef. AND every time I get chicken teriyaki they forget the sauce! How hard is it to remember to put the sauce in the bag? So disappointed..
