Grand opening for newest location of Panda Express in Rutherford County!! Tried it today. So good! Everything was fresh & reasonably priced. Staff was courteous & happy we were there. Fast service. Big menu. Go try this new location soon!!!

Ordered panda online for pickup for dinner last night & was super surprised by the drive thru line! it was very convenient and fast! the portions were generous and the food was still warm, despite running a few minutes behind on pickup time! we will definitely be returning!

Today was opening day for the Church St location. The staff was outgoing and friendly. The food was hot and fresh. The portion size was generous. The service was fast. I was surprised there was no line being it was opening day but I can only guess that most people didn’t know they were open for business yet. I was kind of surprised they didn’t have a big banner across the front of the building. The marquee was also blank. But as for me I was extremely satisfied and I’m glad for this location because so much closer to my home.

Today was only the 3rd day of opening, they were busy but moved quickly! We dined in and the manager and multiple staff members were so sweet and made sure we were doing good and asked if we needed anything. Food was hot and fresh. No complaints!

I ordered early today online & had ended up w/a complete family disaster later. Miriam, the manager, helped in every way possible & was just such a great person and manager to help me change our order & understand our situation & us. Every service job needs a Miriam. This is the new one that just opened. They open at 10am. The food should be hot but it was like warm at best. They said the grill was broke to cook teriyaki. The customer service was great. Just wish they bettered prepared thie location. Panda is an amazing place to eat as long as it’s fresher and hot and have the menu items. Hope it improves.
