Customers beware of this restaurant. The service is not only horrible but our order was dissatisfying, displeasing and very disappointing. On top of it, I purchased a large drink and this is what they did. The cup wasn’t even filled up. This is what happens when someone puts trust in the employees of the establishment which includes management thinking they will do right by the customer.

The food was old and the broccollini was so tough you couldn’t even chew it. It was at lunch time, so I thought the food would be fresh. I told this to a manager and her seemed to not care about the quality of the food. The other employees were great.

The man at the drive thru didn’t speak English well. I ordered a Family Meal. I wanted white rice. I was told they no longer carry white rice. I ordered fried rice. After arriving home, I had been given brown rice. Had to go back to the store and get fried rice. The manager was to busy to speak to us. Pretty disappointed.

Every time I come here the girls that take my order in the drive thru are so sweet! I tried to get their names but I can never remember. Sometimes cooking is not 100%, but it’s almost always good, especially when the customer service is super nice and caring. I remember one girl asked me how my day was before taking my order and it made my day! Keep it up ya’ll 🙂

The customer service here is absolutely awful. I ordered a plate with a drink. She handed me my food after charging my card, and I sat there waiting for my drink to come. She opened up the window and just shrugged at me and told me that she didn’t add my drink onto the order, the food here is disgusting. They deserve less than a one star rating.
