Avoid this place if at all possible. I had to stand and wait for 30 extra minutes for 1 item, only to keep being asked if I had been helped yet. They’re extremely unorganized and not only that, the way the food is handled is a disgrace. Only 1 person wore gloves and the rest bare handed everything. I watched a cook wipe his nose and then proceed to handle food. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I only have one thing to say about this place. I have never been to a Chinese restaurant that didn’t have the number one seller in the Chinese world of food everybody knows what that is. It makes the Chinese restaurant industry 1.4 billion dollars a year. And is the most ordered Chinese dish in the world. WITH THE EGG ROLL at the same level as this.. It’s the GENERAL TSO CHICKEN DISH… it’s the only thing I ever order at Chinese restaurants so don’t expect it at this place you won’t see it on the menu. Inside I didn’t look if it was on the outside menu…. but nice friendly clean environment the place was nice and cool…to enjoy your meal

Staff are great, friendly service. Usually decently quick. All their entrees are great. However, whoever cooks the fried rice, and white rice doesn’t know what they’re doing. More often than not the rice extremely undercooked and hard. I eat here atleast 3 times a week, it’s bad enough that I’m about to give my business to someone else. All the other food is usually pretty good.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I placed my $48 order online and waited and then drove through the drive thru to pick it up. First, they told me I had to wait on the shrimp for 2 minutes and to pull around to the front of the store (and block traffic). After nearly 15 minutes, I had to park and go in to find my order STILL wasn’t ready – now I’m waiting on the Teriyaki chicken. After another 10 minutes, the manager seemed frustrated with me because I am still standing there. I never received an apology for the wait from a single person working in there and most of my order was room temperature since we were (now) waiting on the shrimp again. Seriously, a single “I’m sorry about your wait” would have made me feel a little better, but I couldn’t even get that. Think twice about ordering from here. Dragon Express is just a block away with superb food and service!! (Am I allowed to say that?)

How long does it take to pick up an online order? Everytime we come here it’s a wait. Tonight we had to waited 15 mins and then go in and our order has been sitting on the counter for who k ows how long. Such a same they have let it go down hill like this. We won’t be back there are plenty of other options for the price they charge.
