every piece of the chicken had fat on it. do not buy the chicken teriyaki. which also comes with a packet of the sauce, don’t remember having to do this with other Panda Express in other states. first and last time here.

We went here today for lunch (2-4-2023) around 12:10pm. We found several bugs in the food once we got home and started to eat. We live 25 minutes from the restaurant and called to ask if we could return the food the next morning with the bugs for proof for a refund because we aren’t able to make it all the way back out today. We were told no absolutely no refunds. And the manager we spoke to was rude and dismissive as well like it’s a common thing for them. It’s probably not a health hazard but I’m not an expert, it could be. But it definitely made me lose my appetite and we should be able to get a refund.

I appreciate businesses and expansions. It is a very convenient location. Not a great drive thru design. Tried ordering thru their app, but it didn’t work out. The family meal was listed for $5 less on the app. Ended up walking in to the restaurant. Got 2 kids meal instead. Very small portion size. Foods looked delicious, but was told the noodles were very dry and flavor less. Their sides were good. Would only go back if the girls are starving and request Panda Express.

Ordered 1 plate with Chow Mein, Orange Chicken, Grilled Teriyaki with a side order of Spring Rolls and Cheese Ragoons. They honor a 10% military discount. The drive thru went by fairly quick as there was only one car ahead. The server was very helpful in assisting with the best food choices on the menu. It doesn’t seem as if they get a lot of business from the looks of the inside guests. Lots of workers though. The orange chicken was decent. I like the fact that it’s slightly crunchy from being deep fried, but you can tell it’s processed. The teriyaki chicken was okay. The noodles were awfully BLAND and needed a sauce to coat them. No seasoning or nothing!

Beware! Did not pack my entire order at drive thru. When i called store they acknowledged they forgot, yet did not refund. Made me call 800 number, i spent almost 30 mins on hold, before talking to someone and getting refund. Check your purchase, they are disorganized and manager is rude!!!!!

The food taste old like it was reheated several times. We also found a long hair in one of our orders. The staff was rude we didn’t asked for a refund just tossed in the trash and left. Never again I wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

The 2 stars are ONLY because the workers were so nice and doing their best considering the ridiculous line…however, the picture of the disgusting food shows you what was in my bag in comparison to what it SHOULD have looked like (2nd photo from Panda Express website). Not sure how long my order had been sitting under the heat lamp. Will NOT be back. Did not have high expectations to begin with, but this is unacceptable as it is inedible.
