This is the worst Chinese food I ever had. The Walmart frozen generic Chinese food tasted better than this. And they have the nerve to be out of certain dishes. It was only 6 people in the restaurant. The staff was friendly and courteous but the food is only good enough to be fed to a dog.

Food is good but NEVER, EVER have I been there (and I order at least once a month for a family of 6) and all food is full on the bar. They usually have 2-3 meat choices ready. It’s really terrible. Food tastes good but never ready!!

I am a traveling professional that makes weekly visits to this location. Each visit in the past has been great, until this week’s. My weekly purchase is approximately $40 to $50 dollars as I purchased dinner for my entire family. Today, the service was very slow and most items had to be prepared and cooked so I waited patiently for close to 25 minutes. No one told me prior to waiting that it would take longer and I didn’t mind as I knew I would be receiving fresh food. When the food was ready, the young lady Anna packaged it as normal. I paid for the meals prior to waiting, and once they were ready, I asked if I could have a free fountain drink since I waited longer than usual and another young lady, very rudely said “we told you that you had to wait, no you can’t have a drink”. She may have been a manager, however it is very poor and unsatisfactory customer service rendered today to someone that spends more than $200 a month at this location. A drink costs only $2 bucks and honestly for waiting 25 minutes, one of the meals should have been reimbursed. Simply because of her unprofessional demeanor and unsatisfactory customer service, I will not be spending anymore of my unappreciated valuable time or money at this location.

3 tables of customers we were the 3rd. We ordered 1 entre bowl. 2 entre plate. Was told 6 minutes until ours was ready. 42 minutes later after several drive through orders were made and several Togo orders and a couple of dine in orders we were told they ran out of what we ordered dd we wanted to substitute. Or wait longer. 2nd time we had this problem. Don’t know if it’s cause we are older than the regular customer or that I was dressed in my biker shirts and had old boots on. Either way this place is not for me. Other pandas I been to were absolutely wonderful. The oxford location nope not again

I’ve been twice to this location now, and it’s the only time I’ve ever been to Panda Express. The food was fantastic and staff was very friendly. I see no reason to eat Chinese elsewhere from now on. I’ll definitely be there again soon.
