So far the worst customer service that I have had at Panda Express the employees were rude especially to a old lady that did a online order while I was just sitting there waiting for them refilling all of their items everything was completely empty or close to it I ended up waiting well over 20 minutes after I got my food it the chow mein was dry and cold the orange chicken was the only thing good freshly made and had freshly made sesame chicken but it was completely hot and hard on the outside but still frozen on the inside with a really off taste to it like it was expired chicken taste and about halfway through while I was eating I overheard the employees bad-mouthing the old lady on their headsets and instead of offering me a drink for my long wait the guy just took off employee discount on the receipt

Ordered two plates with noodles and drove twenty minutes home to find cabbage salad with sparse noodles. This is unacceptable that the staff would even think of serving such lopsided mixture to a customer. This location continues to struggle with quality control and consistency at the most basic levels.

The food was horrible!! I love Panda Express, but this one was the worst I have ever eaten at. The manager gave us some fresh noodles, but the taste and texture were off. We took them home and doctored them up and got them to taste better.

i don’t even leave google reviews but i used to work here when Gloria was the manager, even on tough days we put out good food, this been horrible every time i go, after the 2nd time i realized this might not be a “ bad day “ but just bad food, or whatever idk. if corp reads google reviews, tell Glo to bring her standards back to Florence pls. this too high to taste like sh..t everytime we go lol sorry.

They are frequently out of very common items. Tonight, at 5:30pm – dinner time, they’re out of noodles, spring rolls, and cheese wontons with no offer to make more. How can they be out of a key items at dinner time? I’m about done with the Florence, AL location. I understand supply chain issues but when I go to any in Huntsville, they’re never out of anything. I really think it’s a local management issue and until they fix it, people will stop visiting them.

We went in for lunch about 1:30 PM; no line, plenty of food available, quick service, clean restaurant. This location almost never (like rarely ever) has the string bean chicken, a favorite. They continue to have a place/name on the serving line for this item. It doesn’t seem to be a complicated item since there is no shortage of other chicken entrees. So either prepare/offer this choice or remove it from the menu.

UPDATE: my boycott of this plase is over. They are slightly better by haivng some selections available at 6:30 but staff still a bit impatient and acts as if there is about to be a fire and hurry the client through the selection process.
