We ordered 3 plates on the mobile app. We placed the order at 6 pm, and were told the order would be ready to pick up at 6:25. Upon getting to the restaurant we went through the drive through and we were told the order wasn’t ready and we needed to park and come in. Coming in there were two people in line. When they checked them out they asked of myself and the lady standing next to me had online orders. We said yes and gave them our names. There were 4 teens working the front line. At any given time there were two standing there doing nothing….even AFTER we told them we were waiting on orders. Over the next few minutes two other people were told to park and come in for their orders. From the time I got into the store they put together at least 20 plates for being that came into the store AFTER we placed our order and told them we were waiting.

I ordered online and half the food was missing. I called six times before anyone answered and they wouldn’t do anything to help. Also the lo mein noodles are nothing but cabbage. When I asked for a refund I was told “we’re not giving refunds right now”

We love Panda express but this particular location is the worst Panda Express restaurant we have visited, the staff is terrible with a bad attitude, the tables are not clean after people used them, and you have to ask someone to clean them, the staff never smiles and they give you a bad attitude if you so happen to ask for anything else.

This is the second time we’ve walked out before even ordering. The guest service was terrible tonight (7/23). I understand being busy and having to fill drive through, online, and in person orders; however, no one even bothered to look at us and say “sorry for the wait, we will be right with you”. There were people just walking back and forth not looking like they were too busy to fill a couple of in person orders. There was also a guy working just shouting about the cash register door being $5 over which was so unprofessional in front of all the guests. This needs to be addressed asap. You lost business tonight.

Ordered online, went to pick up after my promise time. Was told at the counter they are behind and it would take another 15-20 minutes (already was 20 minutes since my order) . Watched as countless people were served at the counter while we waited. And we weren’t the only ones. 7 people were waiting for pick up. But every walk in was served immediately, no line. Lesson learned- Do not do online ordering.

Clean facility and the staff was very friendly. The ordering process was easy and each plate was given a lot of food; two plates was enough for four people to share! The menu selections were good, the fried rice was very tasty, yet the sauce covered meats were too gummy. Other than that, it was nice eating outside!

I was here about 2 weeks ago with my husband. We had a long day of grocery shopping. I’m hypoglycemic and hadn’t had a good breakfast that morning, so he randomly stopped here when I felt off. We don’t usually eat at Panda but have eaten here before. I was so disappointed this time around. The server literally counted the number of pieces she put on our plate. The chowmein tasted so plain, I would’ve rathered eaten a bag of high sodium ramen noodles. Their soda was so overly carbonated that it tasted flat. The only reason it gets two stars is because the place was clean, and I do like their orange and teriyaki chicken. I hope it gets better.

I went to pick up a catering order at this restaurant. It was worth about $300 at 5:05pm, possibly 5:15 pm on their side because of app discrepancies. Regardless, they totally forgot to make it and then pretended like they had it and proceeded to tell me it would be fifteen minutes. It’s been 20 and counting with no communication. The customers will 100% get their food late.

The bundle deal with the 5$ promotion is a scam to buy it they try to tell you when you return the 5$ bonus card has been used when you haven’t used it. First off why would they return a used promotion card if you used it other franchises have to atttach to the receipt and put in their register

I’ve usually had no issue with this location, but I had to wait over 20 minutes for my online order. They kept stopping making my order for every new customer that walked in the door. My food ended up being cold when since it sat on the counter while other customers got served. Don’t do online orders from here. They won’t care about you. Only do the drive thru or walk in. You get served first.
