Placed a carryout order though the app. I have to go inside the restaurant to picked it up rather than having a designated parking or drive through like other restaurants. They couldn’t find the order. Rather than taking care of my order that was paid they keep attending the people who walked in to eat at the restaurant.

I went for lunch and I got myself a plate of brown rice and 2 sides of meats. I got my food and it was salty and the rice was dry and parts of STILL needed to be cooked! But before that, I asked how much was the amount and he said: don’t worry about, I’ll tell you at the window” ….long story short….NOT OK!!!

Ordered a plate to go. I get home and find that the orange chicken is extra spicy for some reason. I ended up not finishing my meal because of it. Went back with friends a couple weeks later and asked the server why it was not like other pandas orange chicken. He proceeded to tell me that they add extra red pepper when preparing the chicken. Because of this I have no desire to visit this location again. Knowing that they make the food how they want and not to pandas standard

I placed and order for pickup up. I chose half chow mein and fried rice. I get a full plate of chow mein. I ordered beef with broccoli and I get broccoli and a piece of beef. I’m sure like everyone we just want what we ordered. I’m sure the people that work at Panda except the same thing when they order take out. I tried to give this place a shot and Welcomet them to the neighborhood. Unfortunately I can’t say I will reorder. The reviews seem to be true. Don’t call the number if you have a complaint. They will apologize and that’s cool but then they want you to drive by later to pick up a half spoon of rice after they messed up..Seriously! Too much competition on Landstar to not getting orders right and after the fact not making it right! Good luck.

This place is new so the dining area is good. The staff the most part, is nice. A few of them seemed kind of shy. The food wS not feesh. It looked like it was sitting out for hours. Like all the meats were dry and thay also tasted that way. My suggestion would be to come here when its busy because they should be making fresh food while it is. The drinks are just typical nothing special just coke products.

This place is way below standard. Food is bad, portions are bad, chicken wasn’t cleaned, noodles were over cooked, shorted on beef portion just bad. This place needs to have their manager fired and replaced cause whoever is in charge is incompetent. As a fast food manager myself I know how to run a store. I just don’t understand because when we open a new location we only put experienced managers in that location. If I had to guess they put a rookie manager in this location and the supervisor is no where to be found. I would avoid this place for the time being.
