The restaurant was clean, well maintained and the staff was attentive. They created people as they came in, the service was quick. I did a pickup order. It was accurate . My food was presentable, hot and had great flavor.

34min. to get my order. They playing around joking between each other, laughing, they act like they don’t see you! And yeah they are out of sizzling shrimp out of black pepper chicken out of teriyaki chicken. Basically I ended up getting what I didn’t won’t and they charge me $20 for it! my order was halfway full! picture down below. BBB!

What is this maybe a rounded tablespoon of meat? And the veggies are always either still raw, or old & mushy. I simply do not understand the inconsistencies here on food quality.

someone tell AUSTIN to please stop making our food while he is palming his phone with the GLOVES HE IS USING TO COOK. i worked in food service i dont care if “the heat gets rid of the germs.” it looks disgusting and it makes me feel weird about eating here. literally the past 4 times ive been here thats all hes doing. i get that people do it unconsciously because we are so used to looking at our phones but on front line that is just not acceptable! it is so undesirable

The food is Horrible. The orange chicken is old soggy looks pale and dirty as if it was cooked on a dirty wok. I tried to give this Panda Express a second chance but now I will tell my friends not to eat here the floors were even dirty as if sauce was dropped all over. And it wasn’t busy it was empty no customers in the store. I used to work at the panda express in palm coast and they were all about cleanliness and fresh food. Someone should retrain the workers on cleanliness and fresh food.

Ordered family meal and got teriyaki chicken as one of the entrees because there was a lot and then we had to wait for orange chicken and chow mein. While waiting for those items to get done, the teriyaki chicken sold out. So now we are waiting for teriyaki chicken to get done being made while our meal gets cold.

Just because of the lights. It’s the worst pick ever. Idk why the owner or manager changed the lights. Panda Express ALWAYS have warm lights because it’s represent calm, relaxing, dimmed. This isn’t Panda Express I know at all. PLEASE CHANGE the lights back to warming again! 🙂 it gives me eyesore big time. Eye burned.
