They were out of 6 of the entrees on the service line. They didn’t offer to make any more. There was several they looked old and dry. The broccoli and beef was more broccoli than beef. The girl at register had no idea what she was doing, but she was friendly. Worst Panda Express I have ever encountered.

Food was hot and yummy for a fast food restaurant. It is one of the drive thru restaurants we like the most on a pinch. We enjoy the orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, Mongolian beef, with fried rice, chow main and half veggies. You get complementary sauce packs and fortune cookie. Enjoy!

Went to drive thru to place order… Ordered then was told to hang on…. someone else came on the speaker…asked for my order…so I ordered again….was told to wait again…then was told they were out of what I ordered…. I went to tell them something else..was told to wait… then a 3rd person came on and asked for my order again…. so 3 different people and a total of 15 minutes and was told again they were out of what I ordered. I said if it takes 3 different people for 1 order and you are out of whatever I say… it was just not meant for us to eat here…. and we drove away…. do not recommend this place

They are newly opened and I was so excited to have a Panda in our area as it’s a favorite. Half the food behind the glass looked old, dried up, and disgusting. I asked about the state of the food and it was explained that they had been slow and didn’t want to prepare food they were going to have to throw out. Half of the food looked like it needed to be. Management needs to help here. I love Panda and this is bad policy.

The food was good. The service was to fast in a rush. Was the only one in drive thru and she rushed me with my order had to re-say it 4 times she was way to much in a hurry, then she pulled me up to park, didn’t even bring the right sauces I requested. Service was awful. Ran out of food and we had to wait a long time for more food to be cooked. Fried rice is a staple and should always be cooked and ready during busy hours. I paid for our food and my food sat on the counter getting cold while they cooked all our other food. Had to ask for our drinks we paid for. Was told by another customer that this is common practice at this location.
