The food was inedible on this trip. The food was was fresh but the chicken was overfried and tough, the fried rice had little or no egg and wasn’t seasoned properly. I will not be returning. I took two bites and threw $15 worth of food away. Bad experience, hopefully just a bad day for them.

They did not put even one piece of chicken in my order and I ordered two different kinds. Ridiculous. There is no way they could have done this on accident as it took me less than a second to realize that there was no meat.

Taste was good, as usual. Double order of angus beef & fried rice. Only problem was there were at least 10 broccoli “sticks”. One floret, 10 bare naked sticks. And on a premium menu item. Just say no to broccoli sticks!

Went through drive thru and was told mushroom chicken would take a little longer because they had opened 20 minutes prior. I waited 40 minutes at drive thru 1 and finally went in to see how much longer as my 4 kids were hungry. The first girl ignored me and I had to say hello ma’am 3 times before she responded without even looking up at me. I asked how much longer and said we had been waiting for 40 minutes already and she mumbled I had to wait for the mushroom chicken. I went to the 2nd girl she said they hadn’t even started making the mushroom chicken yet and I would have to wait. I asked for a refund as I had been waiting for an hour at this point. I was told I could not have my receipt back and that they didn’t have a manager to speak to. No apologies or anything just attitude because I wanted my receipt. I finally got my receipt only to be told 2 seconds later by the first girl that I had to give it back I walked out and told them I was keeping it so I could report them.

They were low on the items my grand daughter and I wanted, so they made more so we would have freshly made portions. When it was ready, they delivered it to us. I guess it was lucky we were eating in. We had very little left over. It was so good.

I ordered from this panada express last night. Chow Mein, Fried Rice Broccoli beef , honey sesame chicken. The broccoli beef was slimy so I didn’t eat it n the chow mein . ( Didn’t even receive my fried rice) Ended up eating the Honey Sesame chicken.

I have been coming to this Panda Express off and on for the past few months. They never open their dining room on time. If you go outside to smoke, they throw your food away. I’ve had to call corporate several times to get a refund. The food when it’s hot, is good. When it’s been sitting for a while it’s horrible. They act as if you’re wasting their time by ordering food which pays their paycheck. If I wasn’t limited on places I could go to to eat at, I’d go somewhere else for Chinese food. Also their staff calls you a liar when they throw your food away that you plan on taking for leftovers. They say “there wasn’t anything left” and I get the exact same thing every time and I always eat half and save the other half for dinner.

Worst experience at this location at the 23rd street in Panama City fl Panda Express waited in drive thru line for 20-30 mins was about to order my food and the speaker was down so all the other cars in front of me drove up to the window so i followed them as I approached the window the guy asked me what I ordered i kindly said that the speaker was down and was not able to order so I told him I just drove up to the window he didn’t take my order and then he proceeded to tell me to park and walk inside to lobby. I did not want to get out of my vehicle I would have us just parked and went inside in the first place. I wasn’t gonna demand he take my order at the window so I parked and walked into the lobby. I then stood in the lobby watching them make all the orders for the drive thru and ignoring me after 10 mins of me standing there they finally took my order and the lady was being rude and short with me. I was still very kind understanding they were busy.
