We used to stop at this Panda Express every time we pass through Tallahassee. Last few times we ended up being still hungry after we ate because they gradually serve less and less food. Today and from now on, we no longer stop – what is the point if we still remain hungry after eating.

The young lady that took my order was so friendly and helpful. She made me feel like she was happy I was a customer. She even told be I could wait about 7 minutes and a more orange chicken would be out. And it was! The food was good and quick.

Ordered six meals for work, and only two of the meals were correct. No one ordered noodles, but they added noodles to one of the orders, the other orders were wrong either with not adding steamed rice, added noodles when no one ordered noodles, or just had the wrong item completely. No one answers the phone either, that should have been a sign, no one is willing to answer the phones. Will not go here again.

Wish I could review the food, but the group of ladies working there on Sunday July 30th at 5:30pm were too lazy to even ask if we needed help. As am walking out the door 10mins later I yelled “Thank you for the service” and they just looked not even bothered. As a business person I know is hard finding good employees these days, but one thing is having one or two bad employees, a different story is not having one decent employee. Not sure if is a culture issue since I am latina and we work like mules. The people here are deff extremely lazy.

Ordered on the app for pick up. Went to pick up the order at the designated time and were told they stopped cooking an hour before the restaurant closes. They didn’t have enough other options available to even offer alternatives to what we ordered. They also could not cancel the order. They told me to cancel in the app, but the only option was “call location” and they had already told us they couldn’t cancel the order. Now we have to call on Monday when they have a manager working. Not the first time we’ve been there and they’ve been out of food either.

I normally love Panda Express, however today was a different story. I asked the girl for a sample of the orange chicken and she said they couldn’t do free samples anymore. I just needed to know if it was too spicy because it is always different depending on the cook. I don’t like spicy food, so I was like okay well I will just get something else. Then I asked for Rangoon’s and she said they were out for the day. It is literally two something in the afternoon. That is ridiculous. They haven’t even been open that long. Anyways, when we went to pay they didn’t even hand us our tray. We had to reach way back to the back of the counter to get it. Overall the servers were just rude. I won’t be coming back here for awhile!

This is my family’s quick fix whenever we are craving for Asian dishes. There’s a lot of food variations to choose from, breaded shrimp, angus beef and chicken teriyaki/breaded chicken with vegetables and rice or noodles or vegetables for your side, may it spicy, sweet and spicy and also they have dish for the ones like me who doesn’t like spicy.
