The last 3 times I’ve been to this location they’ve been out of sweet tea, so you have to make a second stop while your food is getting cold to get something to drink. This is a staple of EVERY restaurant and VERY basic to keep made. Level up panda. Lazy is a choice. AND THEY COMPLETELY FORGOT THE VEGETABLES IN THE TRAY. NEW MANAGER PLEASE.

Stop by for lunch a couple times. Have gotten the bowl with orange chicken and rice and its a great small portion option. Another time I got the plate with orange chicken, beef & broccoli and fried rice. The chicken is the best option for sure! Also, if you sign up for their rewards you’ll 25% off your next order and you can use it at the drive through window!

I’ve always been a fan of this place. The portions are what you pay for and food always tastes fresh. Only reason I’m giving four instead of five star was the new honey sesame chicken didn’t have much sauce/flavor to it. My other options were tasty though. I’ll go back to try the sesame chicken and give it another shot. I still enjoy eating here and if you’re looking for a quick bite to satisfy some cravings look no further than Panda Express.

I just left this terrible nastiest place at 8:43pm which ruined my appetite and I had to throw my food in the trash. Today Friday May 12th is the last day I will go Panda Express I received the worst service from Ashley V the most rudest individual I have met who was addressing me as “SWEETIE” when I got in they hardly had anything the food looked not fresh I asked her kindly if she has sizzling shrimp & angus steak she said she cooks to order she took my order of half uncooked rice and chow mein and vegetables.. she gave me cold food also more vegetables but no steak and 2 sizzling shrimp which she charged me extra for the steak and shrimp BUT loaded my plate with vegetables. When I asked her about the steak she argued with me that they use portions so she gave me enough steak and shrimp.. she never bothered to look at my plate and her attitude was really nasty she never stopped what she was doing to talk to me as a customer that she charged $12.67 for half sizzling shrimp steak chow mein rice and vegetables which I asked her to use the vegetables in the shrimp and steak so she just scooped all vegetables no steak and 2 shrimp. I might as well paid for a vegetarian plate but she charged me $2.50 extra for steak she never gave me and the 2 shrimp. I will never ever spend my funds at any Panda Express ever because they don’t train their employees to be professional kind and caring to their customers. Also it’s always filthy they are cleaning around you eating spraying cleaning chemicals and so forth. Please don’t support such businesses that don’t care about people only the $$$$

Great Job Sidney! Not only did you fail to tell people about the wait, you completely gave me the wrong order.

Every time I come here there’s a problem (the credit card system isn’t working, they don’t have the food in stock, or the soda machine is broken- and when this happens, they don’t tell you…they just give you flat soda). It’s unfortunate because I love the food here, but the service is awful. I will not be coming back to this location.

Normally no problems and always very polite staff at this location but tonight was not good. Ordered a plate with two types of chicken and rice. Both portions of chicken very small and plate was 3/4 white rice(Same for both orders). When I pulled up to window this guy says “Hey”. He then gave us both orders and sodas. I then had to ask to get my credit card back. Strange thing was he went over to soda machine area and picked it up. Both sodas were totally flat. When he handed me orders I said Thank you and got no response, totally rude. I guess his whole vocabulary was “Hey.” After I pulled away had to stop and go back in to get straws and napkins. This was Monday evening at 4:15pm. Guess it was a bad day for the place.

No teriyaki sauce given with my teriyaki chicken at the drive thru but did give a handful of soy sauce, not the same. No fortune cookie with my meal.

Portions are now tiny. I used to come here all the time. The portions are a joke. It’s laughable. Lost a customer. Sad times.

While the drive thru was certainly the speediest one I’ve been through, the food looked like it had been sitting under the warmer for hours. The breading on the honey walnut shrimp had completely fallen off and formed an inedible pile of mush. The remaining shrimp were cold as were the noodles. The reason for 3 stars and not 1 is that the other dish I ordered looked fresh, orange chicken and rice. But it was unacceptable to serve the shrimp in that soggy condition.
