We normally eat here 1-2 times a week for the sizzling shrimp which is fabulous. Our experience today (of all the places we could have chosen in this area) was less than average. On arrival we asked for the sizzling shrimp and were told it had been a promotional and no longer available.Note the signs all around advertising it. I decided on the pepper chicken and broccol – We almost left but went with it. The broccoli was brown and when asked for green she said this is what we have. I then asked for the mushroom chicken and asked for a couple of mushrooms and she said “there’s mushrooms in it.” Getting better by the minute. We ordered spring rolls and asked for sweet and sour and she gave me one packet. I asked for 2-3 more and it was with hesitation. Not a good experience but they gladly took our debit card. The staff do not seem happy here or welcoming anymore. The signs should reflect what you ah e and are serving at all times. The fact that you took out the one dish so many people love is unfortunate.

I probably could have given this a 5 because the inside is nice and clean, but we went at the very end of the day and some of the items weren’t as fresh as they could have been. Many of the pans were half empty and they probably didn’t want to waste food by making new batches. They have a good selection and also have some meatless dishes like ‘fake’ chicken and lots of veggies.

Clean dining area, friendly staff, and fresh food options. My family usually come here and the experience is always the same. They have decent portion sizes and a clean, well lit seating area. Drink station is also clean and not sticky like some places. The staff is very nice as well. Overall, we’ve always had great experiences here and will continue to come back because of it.

Panda Express has decent American Chinese food. The staff are always polite and courteous, at every location I have been to. My only complaint, is everytime i order teriyaki chicken, if I’m not inside the store, to remind them, they never put the sauce in the bag! If there is no teriyaki sauce, then it’s just grilled chicken. My suggestion, is put the sauce right next to the cutting board, so when they are chopping the chicken, they will be looking at the sauce, and possibly remember to put the sauce in the bag.

Nice Panda location. Everything is basically new inside: new decor, furniture, etc. Food was good. Came out hot and served quickly.

I love the food but the “small” portion was absurd. Considering it’s almost $7, the size of the meat orders was about the amount of 2 shot glasses….although I prefer the food more, I’ll stick with another take out place.

Food was fresh and good. Friendly staff. I got the orange chicken plate with Chow main. The orange chicken was a little dry, all the sauce had settled to the bottom of the pan.

This place use to give great service and good food! Lately, the food sucks and so does the service. I’ve order the Fire Cracker Shrimp bowl two days in a row & both days the food was horrible! They continue to alter the bowl from its original ingredients without asking for the customers permission. Yesterday they added zucchini and today the bowl is filled with noodles & fried rice when I only wanted fried rice! The manager Julian (if that’s his real name he may have altered that too) needs a refresher course in CUSTOMER SERVICE!
