It’s your typical Panda Express two notable things: on the positive, there is outdoor seating in lots of indoor seating. On the negative, the layout of the restaurant is not conducive to the lunch rush. For example, the place where you order is literally four steps from the front door. So after about 3 or 4 customers there is a line coming out of the door. Perhaps this is a good marketing ploy I don’t know.

Store closes at 9p. I arrive at 8:15 to place an order. There was no white rice or lo mein and when I asked if there would be more I was told that there would not be and I could only order fired rice. If you’re open for business more than halfway hour before close you should be able to accommodate you full menu. Absolutely absurd.

This panda express is usually pretty good. Today the staff was horrible to busy talking and laughing not even greeting patrons coming in . Food was greasy. Unfortunately I witnessed a customer saying bye and they had their backs turned and the one girl just looked at him.

Came in around 6:30PM and there was a large line in the dining area. They seemed severely understaffed. The man working did a great job staying calm. They seemed to have run out of certain to go containers. However, they took initiative and were discounting everyone’s meals for the wait and lack of containers. Fast food industry is hard and everyone should show these workers some grace.

Chriss was the rudest Panda Express employee that I’ve ever met! He did not greet my son or myself at all. An older woman enters before us and asked him a question. He seemed bothered that she was asking him something. He came and stood in front of us and said “yes” with an attitude and stuck his hand out like “are you going to say something?”. Asked him what his attitude was about and he said he was waiting for me to order. Reminded him that a customer walked in before us and suggested that he take her order first. Another guy prepared our food while he prepared hers. We had to sit outside because no chairs were down. Restaurant opens at 10:30… it’s now 11:01 and they still haven’t put ANY of the chairs down from the tables. I guess you have to put your own chairs down if you want to sit inside. Food was typical for Panda Express, but service was not good. I will never come here again. It only takes one bad experience for me.

Panda is my favorite fast food. I ordered the Bigger Plate, but I only got one dish and noodles, and there were so few noodles, it was infuriating. I went back again to get other dishes that belonged to me. Please double check your order for takeout or you will be at a disadvantage.

This location was busier than usual but the service was still quick and the food fresh. The dining room was clean. Not much parking available at the location and there is no drive thru but the online orders seemed to go pretty smooth. All employees handling food wore masks properly, except for the manager..

Although Panda Express will never be five star dining, it is always consistent. For that reason it five stars. Panda Express consistently has fresh food, attentive employees, and the premises are always clean. I usually get it to go half the time and half the time dine in.
