While one might say that when they’re out of a certain dish, that means they’re popular, the 3 dishes I wanted, they were out of… One could then say, poor planning or poor managing… Everything I suggested was shot out of the water, and I almost felt as if they didn’t want to serve me, but they WERE serving others… I like young people, but the majority of young people today could care less if a customer is not happy… And every person serving here was young. Interesting that on the wall, there was a saying in English and Chinese that said… “Make happy those that are near, and those that are far will come.” I could say more about the experience even more than the egg rolls and Rangoon were overcooked… Easily solved… turn down the heat or, in this case, reset your timer! As for recommending a dish, I would suggest the one they’re not out of, or the one not overcooked. I’m not Chinese, but I love Chinese people, when they are friendly, smile, and don’t act like you’re an inconvenience to their day! Even then, I love people of all kinds, and I came to this restaurant, not just because I was hungry, but because I had a taste for Chinese food and a friendly atmosphere among some authentic Chinese people who maybe wanted my money, if nothing else. One young white Caucasian guy smiled at me, and I thought to myself, what would I get if I were in China right now⁉️ You can say all you want about this review being prejudiced, but as an Irish Cherokee American man, I can honestly say, I have the desire to make all people happy… I’m fairly sure though that I have no desire to return to this restaurant, even if they were across the street.

They had almost no food at 8:30 and the door says the drive-thru is open til 9:30pm. They were out of most entrees. Another customer was complaining as I kept being told they were out of numerous items.

The manager was rude and the food was awful. Be careful when you order off of Uber eats. They have the worst of the last serving because they know once you order Uber eats you will not want to leave ur house.

I visited the Panda Express on(Hwy 20)McDonough Ga.last week and was disturbed when I got there. Line wasn’t bad but…. wasn’t good. I felt rushed when she was taking my order(Just RUDE). Customer service is important Panda Express . I want you all to check out my mushroom chicken bowl. Looks like they scraped that off the floor! When I say this place used to be my go to. Not anymore. Get it together Panda!! Presentation is everything! I was on my way to work and looked at this and said …… THEY GOT ME!!

Second time coming through the drive thru & they literally never have cream cheese rangoon…. Like idk if they have a shortage or something but it’s so annoying when this location is constantly out of things. Note I went to the drive thru around 11:40 am so it just opened ..
