First and last time we will eat at this particular location. Asked to have a table cleaned so that when we were done ordering we could sit. There were no clean tables for a family of four and the server just looked at me and said nothing. She spoke English so that wasn’t the problem, she obviously just didn’t want to address the issue. Another employee heard the conversation and did start cleaning tables. While ordering e realized either the air conditioning was either broken or just wasn’t turned on. We tried to quickly eat so we could leave, due to how uncomfortable it was. My husband went up to the counter to ask for a couple “too go” containers, and the same employee who waited on us just walked right by and started talking to another employee! Fortunately the same employee who cleaned the tables was helping another customer and also assisted my husband with the containers. If your working in the food service industry coroner service should be your first priority. The only reason we gave any stars was because of the employee who did actual service.

I got the plate option which included 2 entrees and my sidr of fired rice. I got the orange chicken as well as the honey almond sesame chicken. The food was fresh, not dry and rice was cooked perfectly. My only complaint would be that the plave does need a bit of a facelift.

I had stopped by Home Depot across the street and left early to get to Panda well before the10:00 PM closing as indicated by the web site. At 9:36 I was totally ignored at the door. If your web site says 10 then be open at 10. This was July 10 and not the first time this has happened. Panda must have little regard for other people’s time.

Quality has dropped since the beginning of this year. Premium Angus beef with mushroom dish now has more broccolini stalks that is hard to chew and other vegetable than the protein itself even though extra is charged. Out of multiple items.

My mom was here for the first time and she wanted to try a piece of the spicy steak before she ordered a full plate of it. She was told they don’t do samples, she says okay then asks to PAY for a small size to sample and the manager came to tell her no, because “they’re not a corporate store.” Then he says “I can put a sample in your order.” The whole point was to not order a full plate of something she doesn’t like, and they’d rather take a L vs letting her pay for a sample. young gentleman took my order at the drive thru, very rude and nasty tone. Kept cutting me off while I was talking asking if I was done. I ordered 2 sodas and absolutely no syrup what so ever. I’m absolutely disappointed with this place. We have been going to this Panda Express for years and this place is becoming so disappointing . They have officially lost a customer here.
