Visited this establishment today. Not my first time. The two staff members serving the food were very unfriendly and rude! No greeting or friendly faces to be seen here, while they slammed everything down on the counter like they were mad at the customers. The noodles were dry and cabbage barely visible in the chow main bowls. The quality has certainly gone down. I drove almost 30 minutes to get there and for what, poor quality good where the people obviously don’t care? I will not be going back for a long time, if ever.

Pretty good. Convenient. Good menu items. Incredible service. I prefer the veggie options. Seriously addicting fried and meat choices, but for health reasons I’ll get veggies and veggies. The line may look long on occasion, but it moves right along. There’s a brisk pick up or grubpickup type of traffic too. Some folks eat in but we usually ‘to go’ it because we live nearby. I wish they stayed open a bit later, but that’s not a problem. Keep track of the time.

The food was good, but lots of stuff on the menu wasn’t available, and the staff seemed to have “a take it or leave it attitude”…what you see is what you get!! I always loved Panda Express, but this location employees need a bit more training!! Overall, the setting is nice, and the food tastes good.

I placed an order through the app. It estimated that the order would be ready by 6:50. I arrived at 7:10 and approached the pickup area. The associate could not tell me if my order was ready but proceeded to help other guests without providing any feedback. I interrupted and asked if it was ready since it was already more than 10 mins after it was supposedly ready. They then told me that the other associate was packing it now. That turned out to not be the case. I stood there S 5 or more others paid for their orders before asking again if it was ready. Then I was told that they were waiting on other item to be ready. I sat down and waited 20 more minutes. After seeing another 10 or more customers check out I was a giro and again approached the pickup area demanding to know what the status was since the item they told me they were waiting on was clearly available. I saw the manager and asked what the hood up was. He seemed just as clueless as the rest of the staff. Then said they were finishing the order and it would only be a few more minutes. He also offered some free egg rolls for my inconvenience. The food I was given had been packed up for more than 30 minutes getting cold waiting on the final item. All told it took more than 1 hour from the time I placed my order on the app for the time I left the restaurant. What a waste of time for cold food…

I had the “Bigger Plate” with half rice and half chow mein…Entrees are black pepper chicken (very good), Kung Pao chicken (very good & actually spicy) and the Beijing beef (excellent). The beef had a nice crisp around the edges and a sauce kind of like a mild sweet & sour sauce. Wasn’t overly fond of the chicken egg roll, but that is just a personal preference, and you might like it. (I just prefer pork egg roll). I’d order this same meal in the future.

The food is ok, the orange chicken is probably everyone’s favorite. The service is horrendous here! The employees serving the food act like you are bothering them, and they NEVER smile. Another thing that bothers me about this place is when you order a PREMIUM item off the menu such as the sizzling shrimp, they will not fill up the box like the other items. I’m not sure if this is what they are trained to do to save the premium stuff, but it’s really annoying since you are paying extra. If you ask them to go ahead and fill it up like the rest of your stuff they grimace at you at give you worse service than before. It’s unfortunate, because my children really like the food, but I hate going there!

Today I had the beef and broccoli with Lo Mein. It was the worst food I’ve ever purchased from Panda Express. I will not purchase food from them again. Everything tasted old. I’m done. I threw it in the trash.

The food was very good. The manager’s attitude was horrible. I guess I was taking too long to order, so he walked away and went back to the kitchen. I had a large order and wanted to make sure I got it right. The young lady that stepped in to serve me just shook her head. I will not come back to this location again.
