I was really hoping that someone from the store level would have given me a call after leaving a review on their website, but they have not. I placed a mobile order, and the store did not give me one of the items ordered in the family meal. After getting home and unpacking my order, although everything was labeled correctly, I was given extra fried rice instead of the teriyaki chicken ordered. I called the restaurant, but there was no answer. I took a picture of everything and let my kids eat. I drove back to the restaurant, where I waited in the pickup area almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I was given the teriyaki chicken. Well, over 35 minutes later, of course, everything else was cold.

I ordered the sizzling shrimp sir fry and it was HORRIBLE. HUGE STALKS INSTEAD OF BROCOLLINI TOPS. NO FLAVOR…NO SPICE. CHICKEN TERIYAKI WAS BURNT AND THE PORTION WAS SUPER SMALL. STAY AWAY!!!! NOT GOOD AT ALL. No soy sauce was put in the bag. WTH!!! WHERES THE SOY SAUCEEEEE!!!!!

If I can give a zero star I would. The rice smells bad and is spoiled. I can’t believe they would serve me this spoiled, mushy rice. I know if a rice is bad because I always eat rice and I grew up on a rice field and I know what’s fresh and spoiled rice is. I’m not gonna go back for a second time to have them fix it as I already went back for them to correct the order as they originally messed it up. Also the receipt did not show what i ordered or did it show what was messed up. I could have paid for someone else’s. Not an experience i wanted today.

Ordered a side of teriyaki chicken, chicken fried rice, chowmein and beef broccoli. This is the worst Chinese food I have ever had !!! Teriyaki chicken was not cooked properly, rice was a bit uncooked and the food had no flavor at all!!! This was a delivery. Will be going elsewhere

Since I do travel, I have had the misfortune of eating at other Panda Express restaurants that weren’t as good as the one in Loganville, GA. I don’t know what they do differently, but their food is almost always better than any Panda I go to. They keep it cleaner than most of them. They are always busy, and even though they aren’t always the friendliest bunch, no one is ever rude. They just need you to pick what you want and go. I love fast paced places and this is one of them.

Most of the time the food is great. I do want to call out that sometimes you will get very dry rice. Also, the drive-through may be backed up and slow because they run out of options rather quickly and you will have to wait for the option to be cooked. This location is by our house so we stopped by often especially after church and it is hit or miss with rice and wait and the wait in drive-through.

The food was pretty good….the customer service was seriously lacking….I went at lunch time and there were two cars ahead of me….I was there almost 25 minutes. The cashier didn’t apologize or explain why the wait was so long and didn’t even greet or thank me.

This location used to be good, idk what is happening if it is management but the food is terrible! I ordered today I usually get a bowl of fried rice and walnut shrimp. The rice was not cooked properly it was so grainy I had to throw it away. The shrimp was not as bad plus the food was cold smh. I also ordered a kids meal for my daughter and they literally gave her a baby spoon or rice you can not really see it in the picture but this is ridiculous especially if you are a paying customer. They definitely need to change the cook this is probably my 2nd time getting the fried rice & the rice is not cooked properly no one wants to eat hard rice. Definitely will not be back at this location.
