Food looked good. Staff was friendly. Ordered my food. Went to register. There were food roaches crawling around. Not GA roaches. Not flying roaches. Pest control tells you good luck type of roach. I work and live right across the street. Won’t be back until I see pest control trucks in the parking lot during non-business hours

I ordered at the drive thru at about 2:40pm; it wasn’t busy at all. Worker told me to pull forward and wait for my order by the door, so I did…… 23 mins later; yes 23 mins I sat there waiting for my order; my lunch break was ruined and they didn’t even offer me a drink after mine was watered down from waiting so long. I will not be back to this location!!

We love the food here! Depending on who the server is, the customer service can be good to so-so, varying person to person. There appears to be a fast turnover here and during my last visit, diversity was lacking.

Foods ok. I just wanna know who’s bright idea it was to push people in the drive thru to install a rewards app and set it up for them in the drive thru holding it up for 15 to 20 minutes. Why do you make everyone else in line suffer and make them wait while someone literally walks them thru the install and setup right there at the drive thru window???

I wanted the chow mein but it was too dry and it really looked under cooked.. the orange chicken was delicious and the Kung pao chicken was delicious. Very good customer service..

Dirty tables and unsweetened sweet tea.. That give me 2 options of the sane for 2 different options..it’s either sweet or unsweetened… Other than that good service and food..

Last time I was there, they served half cooked orange chicken. I didn’t expect to be great foods, but at least a fully cooked meal.

The food is always on point! Hot! Fresh! Flavorful! Service was pleasant and courteous. I had a bit of a wait, but it was for one of the entrees we ordered to finish cooking. It was worth the wait!

My 5th time getting food at this place. It sucks. It tastes weird compared to other pandas and looks old too and I have eaten at panda for a long time so I know what it normally tastes like.

The worst!!! Experience everrr!! Where do I start?? the manager Sunny sooo rude!! Told my daughter no!! We don’t do samples then yelled at the employee Sam that it was enough orange chicken in the box and because she didn’t hear her she told her she need to open her ears!!! After hearing that me and my daughter left I will NEVER return to this location again!! SUNNY horrible customer service!!!!
