My family of five received a BOGO plate coupon by email. We drove from Anderson because this was the closest Panda Express location. We were instructed to order from the kiosk tablets. We put in our order, pressed the button for the coupon code, and were given a message that the code was invalid. I spoke to a young lady working there and explained the situation. She called over the middle-aged manager. I again explained the situation. The manager said they don’t accept coupon codes and refused to honor it. After traveling for half an hour to dine there, I was insulted that she didn’t try to resolve the problem, and didn’t even seem to care. We walked out to eat somewhere else, and this location lost out on the sale of four plates (approximately $40 in total) because she wouldn’t honor the free fifth plate. This was terrible customer service. The manager should be ashamed. Obviously she places no value on having customers leave with a positive experience. We took our business somewhere that did.

To me the food taste ok and the portion size is not it. When it’s not rush hour the give you normal portion size but during busy hours get smaller portion sizes. I recently ordered a bigger plate a side and three entrees. I looked at it and one of the entrees was missing because It would’ve come in a separate container, so I told them l’m missing one but was told they doubled it onto my plate but to me it wasn’t double it was a regular portion size. I feel like I just wasted money and the Panda Express in Easley tastes better and gives bigger portion sizes.

Had the sweetfire chicken with fried rice in a bowl. Delicious combo! It’s good stop for a more filling, albeit still fast-food meal.

Night shift workers are wonderful people. You can tell that they truly care about the food here – never, ever would have expected such genuine enthusiasm for what is essentially a fast-food Asian-fusion place. Ironically, however, there is no Indian food being served here. The mid-day staff are mediocre, but I am giving this establishment five stars for their love of the craft. Excellent dishes for a reasonable price!!

Long lines only because it’s good. Quick service though, even still. Hendrix has the ’55 Exchange (ice cream shop) on the other end as well, which makes the food court that much better. Make sure you at least get the Orange Chicken once at Panda! They don’t keep that massive pan of it there for nothing.

I go here between classes if I didn’t bring lunch, so it is convenient. It does seem like some staff give you more food than others, but it’s tasty food nonetheless. Can’t go wrong with the orange chicken.

Honestly the workers were just rude to me, I tried to make jokes yo lighten the mood but they were not having it. Then I went to pay with cash and they said they don’t take cash. How is money not money? The food was fine but that doesn’t excuse bad service and mean workers.
