I placed a pickup order for my meal at 11:30 am. The scheduled pickup time I chose is 12:15pm. However when I arrived at 12:20pm, there was no one at the online order pickup counter, I stood there awkwardness for 10 minutes, and then a waiter came and asked me what I wanted, I said I had placed an online order, She just started serving my food.

Every time we come here they are always out food and always have some lame excuse. Then the manager asks me not to take pictures of their lack of food because he doesn’t want to be put on blast for not adequately preparing for a Friday night. How do you close your kitchen when you have more than an hour left before closing. I could see if this was a one-time event but this is every time we come. I didn’t even bother. Such poor management to always disappoint customers.

Went through the drive through to order a bigger plate. Plates are small and half full. I ordered two honey walnut shrimps they came in tiny containers which were half empty. Both. I do not recommend this place at all. The prices have went up but you get less food. Plates come out half empty.

Fountain machine was apparently out of order, but they didn’t tell me that when I asked for a fountain drink. They gave me the cup for my drink and then I had to go and figure it out on my own. Did not receive any sauce packets for my egg roll. They rush you through to check-out and provide the very bare minimum service. My last visit to this location.

Wow.. so we head to this side of town just to try this location. This was our first time and we were not disappointed. The food was hot and the service was great. You can tell that they get busy so we were grateful the was only a little wait to gwt to the counter. We will definitely be back!

Great food. The orange chicken and kung pao chicken were prepared really well. We were quite pleased with everything that we ate. The store was also nice and clean, and the servers were friendly. Would recommend this Panda location.

Honestly this should be a 3 star review, but I believe reviews should be based on more than a one time occurrence. The food quality is hit or miss at this location the last time I went, I was given rancid tasting beef and discolored / soggy vegetables (I’m refraining from saying rotten). If this had been my first experience with this location I would have written off Panda entirely. This location has a great management team, the manager replaced my order without incident. Also the staff is kind and courteous, so for having great customer service 4 stars.

It was this day that my faith in humanity vanished. My wife and I went through the DT and ordered two bigger meals. Hers was orange chicken, beef and broccoli, walnut shrimp, and chow Mein…mine was the same but with Beijing Beef instead of shrimp. We also ordered a spring roll and 3 rangoons. The order taker was great! She diligently took our order. And correctly repeated the it. We approached the window to pay and we were informed there would be a wait on a few items. She even gave us a free drink. We were extremely happy to wait because that meant fresh food. As we waited I could slowly feel the pangs and grumpiness making me…hangry. When it was time for us to get our food, I excitingly searched for my rangoons. Because I knew they were going to be amazing. But to my dismay…no Rangoons…or spring rolls…in fact…my order was wrong. Not completely. My Beijing beef was the walnut shrimp…and they gave me rice instead of chow mein. I hangerly looked for the receipt. This was an outrage! How could this be?? They repeated our order!! What in the world! I found the receipt and to my surprise…my dreaded dreaded surprise….the order match the receipt. They spouted off the correct order but rang it up wrong. I got out of the car and flipped it with one fluid motion. Yeah…my wife was still in the car but I don’t care! There was injustice done. All that hanger morphed me into…Crabby Rangoon. The midlands first ever Asian cuisine based super villain. Now I’m out to crush everyone’s crab Rangoons. Was the food hot and delicious? Indeed. But you can’t play with someone’s emotions like this. There was promise of Rangoons….but that was taken away. I’m a shell of a man now. Let Crabby Rangoon’s origin story be an example…and make sure your customer’s orders are correct. I’ll leave a 5 star review to even this out…but…just know…dreams were destroyed today. P.S I tried leaving a 5 star review but it wouldn’t let me. Fix the Rangoon issue…and I’ll change my review!

I ordered over $25 in food just to get home and none of my sauce for my entrees or the extra sauce requested for the egg rolls were in my bag . Not to mention the egg rolls were old and dried up.. highly disappointed that I called to speak to the manager whom was sooooo busy they couldn’t take a second to speak to a suppose to be valued customer… I won’t be returning
