This is a GOOD Panda Express to use at CLT airport I just came back for the first time into the USA from the UK the last time I was here was in 2019 before the Corona flight ban and this place has got BETTER. I ordered the same as what I had ordered when I was in Chattanooga, TN a few days before and it was GOOD the staff are nice to deal with as well. October/04/2022 update I came back here for another good Chinese dinner and was badly let down as I waited 10 mins for my order only for it to be given to somebody else so I had to go with out anything to eat ! A real let down by the woman at the checkout as the other staff working here are GOOD. I ended up having dinner at another place at the airport.

One of the affordable dining service in the airport and healthier than other fast food. And the food is hot and not reheated like all the sandwich places in here.

I am rarely impressed with airport restaurants or management, but the manager and staff of this location were incredibly professional, polite, and friendly. They handled a large line with efficiency, and when an irate customer became trouble, remained friendly, professional, and kind. The manager and staff all deserve raises and recognition.

Food was cold, service was awful!! The servers on the line would not look at customers. One used her gloved hand to scratch her ear, head and fix her hair. Went right back to handling food without changing gloves! When giving a guest in front of me their food she put the wrong stuff in. The guest nicely advised her that she asked for the other item. The server threw the food back in the pan and grabbed the spoon for the correct item. She then threw the food into the container.

Props to these guys and gals. Working with this huge surge of traffic then slow times. Sometimes they run out of stuff for a bit during these peak times. If you have time, it’s as good as my local panda. Only about 10-15% airport premium. Bless these guys and gals for the trouble of working down stream of security. Tables limited. Lots of people were doubling up.

The Beijing Beef is phenomenal…as is the chicken but it was a first time getting the Beijing Beef. All I can is OMG!! It was great, at least at the time I purchased – 6.2022. Amazing…just the right amount of crunch…looks dark and like it might not be tasty…don’t be fooled by the slightly dark color. OH no, it’s some great stuff. You can’t go wrong. That young man cooking knows what he’s doing for sure.

No one seemed to be in charge and most of the employees were more interested in socializing than in doing their job. The food was decent, but they didn’t refill a lot of options. If the manager did their job, it would be a good place to go.

Food is standard Panda Express, so mids at best, couple that with paying the airport tax and you’d be better off walking 75 feet further to Sycamore brewing for real food that’s actually good.

The hostess, cashier Naaatha, had a bad attitude, and it looked like she hated her job move really slow. If she is the type of people here in NC, I feel sorry for this place. They also are out of control in the kitchen area, just bad services all around.
