Fresh food even at 2PM. Very busy also. A little expensive we got 2 panda bowls with chow main 2 spring rolls and three ?? ( can’t remember the name). Water and still $21. The wife said she wish she had gotten the stir fry rice. We don’t have a Panda in Wake Forest. But that maybe good. Because we would likely got much. 🙂

I’ve gave this Panda Express multiple chances but everything about this one is just mid. First if you’re going through the drive-thru expect to be there for a minimum of 10 minutes. On top of that they never have anything ready or in the building. Want Beijing beef? They’re out. Want orange chicken? They’re out. Only redeeming quality about this place is that the staff has always been nice to me. Besides that only go to this place when they first open in the morning because anything after noon prepared to be disappointed.

Wasn’t such a great experience this visit. Staff looked like they were forced to work. No smiles, no exuberance. Walked around like robots. I was glad to be going home with food. Wasn’t going to be where misery lived. There was no soy or plum sauce in the bag. I went bank in the store to get them.

It’s not this location’s fault. Panda Express corporate is really letting their employees down. Constantly the line is wrapped around the building because they are short staffed and can’t man the drive through.

A VERY strange interaction with an employee from this location reminded me why I don’t eat here. Previous visits, I always got a stomach ache and I’m known to have a VERY solid constitution in that regard. Coworkers call me a garbage disposal with an iron stomach. Employees don’t know the menu not options very well at all and ordering especially bus drive thru is always a challenge. Thank you so much Panda employee for saving me from another bad experience even though I’m STARVING at the moment and it would have been Uber convenient for me to eat there as I am stopping at 3 additional merchants like less than 1/4 mile from you.

Well, there was fresh Teriyaki chicken coming off the grill, but the tall guy gave me the little that was left, and it was dry. I asked for the fresh and he said no. Never had that problem before. Smh

This is the worst service I have ever received. Celina was extremely impatient and rushed my children as they tried to navigate the menu and make a decision. There were no unsweetened beverage options so I requested a refund for one drink and Tenuulen was the rudest “manager” I have ever experienced. The way that she spoke to me as a customer and the staff subsequently was an abomination The entire experience was deplorable!

I got there about 8:30. Some of the food in the window was dried up. I opted for brown rice. The food’s not to bad. I like that it didn’t taste salty like some places.
