I guess I never expected a Chinese food restaurant not to have duck sauce. In the food was not all that great. The noodles were very hard, almost crunchy like. But at least it was edible and it’s on a military base so it’s not like they’re not making their money… Somebody likes it but it’s not for me. And when inquiring about food, they don’t do a good job of explaining what it is you’re ordering and how to order for a person that has never eaten there. But of course the line was extremely long so I have to give them some grace. But I won’t be returning when I go visit my son again at Fort Lee (Fort Adams after April 28th 2023)

Third visit this month. Food is excellent and I get my fill each time. Service has been great.

Way too generous with the rice and stingy with the protein. All I wanted was a small serving of protein, but a small serving of protein cost just as much as the meal.☹

They never have the super greens. They have a big sign at the start of the line saying they have it, but never do.

Eat here on occasion and although the food has always been meh, the most recent visit they were out of noodles and almost every entree. They are so focused on cleaning the restaurant in anticipation for closing that they neglect their customers while still open.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Worst panda Express I’ve ever been 2. Orange chicken was so chewy, could not eat it. Bejeing beef was also very chewy. Have never had chewy meats from panda before now. Also, noodles werent moist. Will never eat at this location again

It was my first time ever to taste PANDA EXPRESS. Though I wasn’t sure of what I’m getting, just got couple stuff (rice, honey chicken and chicken teriyaki with some sweet-dark sauce on it. It looked good though. To be honest, I isn’t bad. For someone like me who eats always from home and new to American dishes like this, I didn’t expect much. Just didn’t like the sweetness that comes with it, besides that, it was great. Gentle portions at regular price. Customer service is on point. It very busy with a lot of people but due to the way they serve, it makes it a fast-pace.

Ran out of food over an hour before closing. Lady at the counter Lerma or whatever her name was is rude and if she didn’t give such giant portions maybe I could have gotten my order. Terrible service.

This panda is more concerned with saving product to avoid constant refills than providing customers with proper portion sizes. They decrease the required portion size but price products the same.

Me and husband went to panda express on Ft.Lee and I was very very disappointed in the service. How you as an employee going to stand there with your Chinese manager and count seven(7)honey walnut shrimp when you go to any other Panda Express they don’t do that. Second we are grown adults spending our money so why give us SMALL portions. When I ask the server to give me more rice and orange chicken she gave me a dirty look like WHAT but I got what I ask for. Third the Chinese manager needs to take a trip to other Panda Express restaurants and see how there employees serve there customers and STOP being PETTY with the food that’s NOT coming out his pockets.
