This was my first time here and I got the plate with the super greens and the sweet fire chicken breast and Beijing beef and the crab Rangoon. I went through drive through and received my order pretty fast. For fast food the portion sizes and flavor was good, I would come back again to try their other dishes

They forgot two items in my meal for my order pick up. I had to drive all the way back to get my order fixed. They didn’t seem very concerned about the mistake and didn’t even try to make up for the hassle of having to fix their mistake on my order. Their customer service could be much better!

I placed an order online. Once inside the restaurant to pick up my order, I used the restroom. As I was at the sink washing my hands, an employee came out of the stall next to the one that I was in and walked her nasty self right tf out of the bathroom without washing her hands. I then had to wait for someone to come to give me my order once at the counter. The tables and drink machine were a mess and nasty. I then saw that employee with gloves on working at the drive-thru window…. Fixing food. I pray that she didn’t fix my food prior to my arrival. When she looked at me I just shook my head in disgust. Be careful eating here y’all.

Nice clerk, gave me intro pamphlet to rewards program. Excited for that! He forgot to give me bottled water, but after a few honks be returned very apologetic. Everyone well-mannered at Panda at thia location. Will return!

The entree was supposed to come with broccoli, instead it came with broccoli stems. Dang, the restaurant is too cheap to purchase enough broccoli so they out serving scraps. I hope the meat is not cat, rat, or dog meat. Never eating at any Panda Express.

usually enjoy this panda express because I go through the drive thru. But today we decided to dine in. There was only one family sitting down and no one else in line and no one in the drive thru. One employee greeted me and started my order. In the middle of my order she began tending to the drive thru and told me someone else would help me. I believe she said Marjorie would help me. She was out of sight and did not acknowledge me. I stood there for a few minutes and asked the woman who began helping me if she was going to help me or not. She said “she’s counting money”. Another employee walked up, looked at the food, didnt acknowledge me and went to the grill. A few more minutes go by and I am irritated and ready to leave. There are people on the grill and no one is acknowledging me. She finally stops counting the money, walks past me and says “one moment ma’am” At this point I have been waiting 5 minutes so one moment is relative. She fumbles at the register after putting the cash drawer in and NEVER comes to serve me. A woman who had been talking by the grill came to help me when she saw I was about to leave. As i was paying, over the loud speaker it said, “we are recording all audio and video at this location.” And something about verbalize that you’re ok and they did. Thats a heck of a coincidence but i digress. They didn’t even apologize for the wait.
