Food and service suck. Food is always overcooked or under seasoned. Employees are always rude. They also never carry the full menu, so many items are not available. NEX should shut it down and bring in Chick Fil A.

Terrible service. Rude, dismissive and forgot my drink. I love Panda Express and when I travel it is my go to because I know the food will be good and the customer service is usually great, but these employees are awful. I now know why they have such a low rating. Very disappointed.

If i could give zero stars i would. I just came in to grab food for my family and it was ruined. The cashier didnt give me my receipt. They burned the orange chicken. They served dry teriyaki chicken. The lo main was dry. Only decent thing that was decent was the honey walnut shrimp. This isnt the first time either. Its a usual thing. At first i thought it was a 1 time thing and then after going there some more times it is the norm here. I tried to call them everytime my order is bad and they never answer the phones at the store and since i never get a receipt , i cant call corperate to even try to get a refund. I highly recommend to never come here and go somewhere else for food. The nex should be ashamed to even having this place in their store serving this kind of service. They will never change because so many people here at the base PCS out that it doesnt affect their business.

Sometimes this place is ok. However today was terrible. The orange chicken was so burnt and dry that it required a steak knife to cut it. Almost impossible to chew. It’s visibly burnt why would they serve it? I don’t have time to go back for a refund and hate spending money on food I can’t even eat. Never going back.
