Quick and friendly service! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Ordered the Family Meal which consisted of two large sides and three large entrees. Great value!

I frequent panda express often as it is very healthy, very tasty, and really quick. I come into this location after my own serving shift across the street and I ordered my usual at panda express, a bigger plate with vegetables and 3 entrees of string bean chicken. Im allergic to red meat so the healthiest option for me without getting the beef and broccoli is the string bean chicken. My server according to the receipt “Bishal M” rolled his eyes at my order and says that it would be a wait for the string bean chicken, which I promptly told him I was fine with. While patiently waiting, this server fills my container up with a quarter of a scoop of the string bean that was leftover, refilled my container with another scoop of vegetables, and then gave me one scoop of the fresh string bean chicken. I was charged for 3 entrees when in reality I got a container overloaded with vegetables and more or less 1 1/4 of an entree. It was pretty unprofessional and while I did not complain do to the server already having to make a fresh amount of string bean chicken for me, I was very disappointed in the blatant overfilling of side in my container to compensate for his laziness to wait for the entirety of the new string bean to come out. The rest of the servers were very nice.

I did not get to eat here. I walked in and there was a woman in front of me who was literally ordering about 20 dinners off a list she had. I am not even exaggerating. One hard working young lady was waiting on her. After 10 minutes I left. Common sense would have been to have one of the other employees wait on me while the young lady finished the other customer’s long and complicated order. The food looked good. Too bad i did not get to eat it.

What’s the point of a drive thru when you have to wait at least 20 minutes for you food. You still have to park and go inside. This was not a one time thing.

I work for doordash and when I came to pick up an order one of the servers told me that the food was not ready yet (even when I got late to the restaurant) I told him to hurry please since they have not even started preparing the food, and he said “I cant hurry” whaaat “I can’t” he told me “if you can’t wait cancel the order then” so disrespectful and aggressive, I hope his manager read this review! It seems like the online orders and drive thru customers take priority over the customers in person. I’ve visited this location on 3 occasions and on all 3 occasions, not only was I not greeted when I walked up to the counter, but I was ignored until all the other orders were made. On my most recent visit it was approximately a 15 minute wait because they had to cook teriyaki chicken and super greens. It just seems like the staff doesn’t enjoy their job and could care less about the customers.
