Always love Panda Express for quick Chinese but not from this location. Last time ordered online and it wasn’t ready and had to wait in the store, though said ready for the email, 20 mins for someone to make a chicken but not for the dish I ordered.

I am a long-time customer of Panda Express. Usually a good experience. Not this time. Do NOT waste your money at this location. I ordered online, and when I got the notification the order was ready to pick up, so I went inside. I got the attention of Sohail (supervisor or Mgr obvious by shirt color), who informed me the order was not ready. The order wasn’t ready for 8 minutes after the notification came in. When Sohail handed me the bag, I told him I didn’t mind the wait but did mind the dishonest notification of the order being ready when it wasn’t. He blew that off and told me I was lucky that usually drivers come late and thanked me for coming early (I’m not a delivery driver). Now the food. I ordered a plate (2 entrees and rice/noodles). The amount of food was at least 1/3 less than normal for Panda Express, especially the noodles. How extremely disappointing. When I got on here to post this review, I saw many other recent reviews with the same issue. Shame on the management at this site. I’m adding a picture of the food… $15 worth?

The woman who checked me out at the register was treating her coworker disgustingly and cussed her out in-front of me. she lied and said the other girl was yelling at her but that was false. I was there for the whole thing and I still feel like the girl that was outside trying to explain the situation to her manager will still somehow get in trouble because she is a black woman. She deserves better and I hope they hire more tactful and respectful workers. The woman at the cashier made the environment extremely uncomfortable.

Worst Panda Express I’ve been too. Lady rolled her eyes at me when I ordered. Looks bad inside. If you want Panda Express off of 95 go to the one in Ashland, that one is great. 2 stars because I love Panda Express food.

Panda Express is 50/50 whether or not the food and establishment is up to par. We don’t go here a lot but when we do it’s fairly decent. Most of the family gets the Orange Chicken while I prefer the Teriyaki Chicken. This location is typically clean and always busy. Great choice if you want something fast, decent, and out of other options.

My daughter LOVES the chow mein… well, only the noodles. So, we always just pick out the other stuff. She was a little disappointed in the amount of noodles in her cub bowl today, though! We ended up just picking out the few noodles as it was quicker.

While I don’t like to complain I have been coming here for 6 years. I got a bowl and for some reason recently they don’t give me the same portion they used to. Or they get irritated when I ask for more because that’s what I’m used to. My moms bowl with rice was filled to the line and mine isn’t even near it. While the girl was nice this isn’t the same lunch portion I’m used to, and I’m not understanding what changed.

First time at Panda Express in Virginia. This place was paaaaaaaacked. My friend told me it’s always this busy. The orange chicken was good as usual. The Angus steak is so tender. They offered me a sample of sesame chicken. It was actually delicious. Maybe I’ll try to that for an entree next time. It was a good visit just like the Panda’s in Texas.
