Panda Express is already one of my favorite restaurants. I always order honey walnut shrimp and today they were better than usual, the best they ever have been fr. I don’t usually write reviews but I feel like it deserved to be mentioned. They were SO fresh and fluffy. Whoever prepared this did it with love!!

Like all Panda Expresses, this Panda Express is a Panda Express. It’s a better Panda Express than the Panda Express on Renaissance Dr. In Albuquerque. The portion sizes are larger and the food tastes a little better. Also, their water on tap tastes nice a fresh.

Very disappointed with my experience here today. For reference, I used to eat Panda Express multiple times a week back in 2020, but have slowed down since then. I always got the plate with half rice and half super greens with double Beijing beef. It was always enough food and very filling. They SHOULD be putting the sides on the 2 smaller portions of the plate, while using the 1 big one for the entrees. They have always done this at every panda I’ve gone to in the country. But today, being my first time eating panda in about a year, they did the complete opposite and gave me the tiniest portions of my main entree and the sides on the bigger side of the plate. Which I waited an extra 10 minutes for. It’s completely ridiculous and is obviously skimping you out for your money’s worth. They went up in pricing too. For this experience I probably could’ve just gone to a real Chinese place where they fill you up decently. So many of us consumers have been affected by the recession and it’s getting so hard to enjoy the simple things like even Panda Express without being heavily cheapened out. And to top it all off, the food was just plain bad lol…. I won’t be eating here anymore. Either management or the franchise as a whole needs to stop this and consider their costumers more.

I placed an order with Panda Express, located at 6477 Old Beulah St, Alexandria, VA 22315. I ordered orange chicken with fried rice and beef broccoli with fried rice. When I received the order and opended it, I noticed there was NO beef in the beef broccoli. I used my folk thinking maybe a couple of pieces of beef were hiding under the broccoli. There was NO broccoli at all. I immediately called the restaurant and told the guy that had answered the phone. He then put a woman on the phone who said she packed the dinner herself and she put 4 pieces of beef. I told her I had just opened the dinner, I was looking right at it, and there it s NO beef in it at all. She was very rude, just said she can’t do anything about it and hung up the telephone while I was still talking. I definitely won’t be ordering or buying anything from that location of Panda Express again!

March 2022: Had a nice lunch. $13.95. Kung Pao chicken and sesame chicken with fried rice and a chicken egg roll. It was a chicken day. Decent, nothing spectacular. I was hungry and in the area. So… I’d say a 3 star at beat. Staff was nice today. Good place to go if you are really hungry.

Terrible service at this location. They close at 8:30 and stoped serving food at 7:45. I saw them turn away many customers because they were cleaning kitchen and would not cook more food. They had zero food by 7:50 to serve. I have never seen a fast food restaurant do this. Someone needs to check management at this location. They are turning away a lot of customers and losing money.

The service is horrible. The Manager of this place a Spanish women does not have manners nor education to treat customers like that. She is rude and has bad temper. No way to talk with the clients that way. A horrible experience. Don’t come to this restaurant.

My boyfriend and I put an order in for pick up and the food wasn’t ready yet by the time we arrived. It seemed like they were only waiting for 1 more dish. As soon as it was ready, they gave us the food from the fresh portion. I really like the chow mein- it wasn’t overly salty. The orange chicken was a little spicy. The broccoli beef was really good, I like it better than the mushroom chicken.

honey walnut shrimp tasted so bad i couldn’t finish one shrimp also the tail was partially still on. i found a hair in my food as well. almost made me throw up.
