i came to this panda express hoping to eat well. I came across this fast worker, but the cashier was very very rude. I asked for a medium drink, but then changed my mind a second later asking for a small drink. The cashier was being SUPER lazy and not changing the order from medium to small, i asked her to get a small and she told me that you already said medium when i clearly changed it one second later and asked for a small. Overall the food was not the best panda I’ve had but that cashier needs to be fired right now. Worst panda experience ever, even if your having a bad day don’t put it on others and don’t be lazy like this cashier

The food was delightful while the service was atrocious. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times and still could not be understood. To add on to this, they misunderstood us and made us pay for some personnel behind us. I would not like to come back, as this was very disappointing as we were VERY excited about our experience and were let down. For further “panda express-ians,” I do not recommend this place. I do appreciate all these peoples hard work and effort, but I do think it could be better. In the future, I do feel like they could try to listen to the customer more; as I said earlier, they made us pay for the person behind us, no matter how many times we specified, they still did not listen. That was a waste of our money, and I WILL NOT be returning anytime soon and do not recommend anyone else do so either.

The food over here is ok. Honestly, their are much better choices then Panda Express now. I got chow mein with Kung pao chicken and orange chicken. The king pao chicken is ok and the orange chicken is trash. The chow mein is ok. I used to go here for many years when I go to pentagon mall but I’m noticing that their quality of food is bad. I do not recommend eating here.

Good fast food, better and healthier than a lot of American fast food, sweet taste as a lot of Chinese food. The dishes are pretty big, you can choose the size of plate and different dishes. The medium one costs only approximately 9 $. They give you cookie with predictions, I love it so much. Visit it if you don’t have time for waiting.
