I just ordered from this restaurant, and I ordered for delivery. When I received my food, which was $150 worth of food, three of the plates were missing. When I called the restaurant to get the problem taken care of, I asked to speak with a manager, which the person who answered the phone immediately knew who I was and what order was incorrect, they then went on to tell me that the delivery person picked it up too fast and they left two orders there, which then I told them that there were three plates missing from my order, and while I was trying to tell them that there was three plates missing they continued to interrupt me saying that there were two orders missing and repeating to ask me if I’m going to come and get them. I told them that I was planning on coming to get the missing food, but continued to confirm with them that there were three plates missing from my order. The person on the phone then said “oh my gosh” and then hung up the phone on me. I then tried to call the restaurant back two times, which both times there was no answer at all. Incredibly unprofessional service, especially when I am spending more than $150 on food from this restaurant. I will not be going back to this restaurant ever again.

Not authentic by any means but delicious nonetheless! I got their plate (two entrees and one side) and tried orange chicken and teriyaki chicken as the entrees and split the side half and half between chow mein and fried rice. It all tasted great and they were really generous with portion size!

It’s been a few years since I went to a Panda Express. Service speed and quality is about the same except they are less generous with their portions. They used to fill up the containers to just a little over full. Now they fill up the containers a little less than full, especially for the premium dishes. Prices remain the same.

I like the food. A plate with chow mein+sesame chicken +Beijing beef always my choice. This place I came first time, the service is great. I guess it was because now us 3:44pm not busy hour.

The food is always good, but the mobile orders are never ready on time. I understand it can get busy and the mobile order is 5-10 minutes late, but I would place an online order 45 minutes before I went to pick it up, knowing they take a long time with mobile orders, and when I got there it still was not ready.

Highly recommend this location. Every time we got food here it was very fresh and tender. Last time we ordered the family feast, including Shanghai Beef, Orange Chicken and Black Pepper Chicken. All of these super great and tasty!

Order on the app. I love the COVID precautions and the staff wears masks. The steamed greens taste pretty good. The Beijing beef wasted perfectly good beef with unnecessary batter.

I will never order from here again. The person my order was wrong, quality was horrible and the person I spoke with over the phone didn’t event try to fix it. Super disappointing!

Lots of options to choose from and good value for the prices. Wish the portion sizes were more consistent but they often vary. Sometimes it can be a bit crowded but the line moves quickly. Would be helpful if the teriyaki chicken was cut into smaller pieces if you only provide a fork. Overall a good choice about 80% of the time.
