I have been going to panda for years and rarely have a bad experience. Today was one of those days. I asked for my usual plate with double meat. I have ordered the same thing for years. The worker, Hispanic gentleman, slices up one piece of meat and closes my to-go box. I stopped him and reiterated that I had requested double meat. He insisted that he, indeed, gave me a double portion. I told him that it was not a double portion and that I have been eating Panda for years and have never had an issue with portion size. He then points to one of the corner sections on the styrofoam to-go box and says that the meat there was a double portion. He also let me know that he had been working at Panda for years and that he was fully aware of what a double portion was. He then had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to purchase a triple portion to get more meat. Really, Bro!? No, I don’t want to purchase a triple portion, I want the double portion that I had first asked for. I guess the concept of the customer always being right is non-existent anymore. Needless to say, I turned around and walked out. I’ll take my hard-earned dollars elsewhere.

I have been wanting to eat here for quite a while and I was a bit disappointed. It was extremely sweet, even for being chinese food. Definitely stick to the smaller sizes because it is a heavy eat. Service and location were great!

My sister got the honey seasame chicken and the honey walnut shrimp and as she was eating the shrimp there was a very hard piece in it. She takes it out and was a black spec, this black spec was in face pan flakes. These specs weren’t just in the shrimp but in the chicken and rice as well she ate some of this before noticing. How can you feed your customers pan flakes this is so terrible

I had hopes for a decent meal. The fried rice, well…plain rice with a bit of color and clumped together. Hardly any chicken with the orange chicken and mushroom chicken, but at least there was chicken with the mushrooms, or was it zucchini?! Mostly zucchini. Truly, it seemed like it was orange batter without chicken. Flavor? Zero for the rice, but really, that doesn’t matter when the quality of the food wasn’t as expected.

Surprisingly large portions despite inflation! Started with big scoops of lo mein and then they started piling on chicken. The teriyaki itself was a couple of tenders so I feel like you’re immediately doing better than other fast food places… and the plate comes with another entree. If I’m gonna pay 10+ bucks for a combo meal I’d rather come here.

Placed an order through drive through, was told it might take a while for some items to be finished (which is completely understandable). Waited 30 mins, several other drive through orders came and went, went in after an hour of waiting and they hadn’t even started on our order yet. The items that needed to be finished were finished, and then promptly used on other customers orders, and we had to wait another 30 mins for the items to be re-made.
