Really surprised of the low ratings. Visited here recently in the early evening. The Turnpike rest stop was very busy, but surprising, the line at Panda Express was moving VERY fast. Manager was working on “the line” (with staff), as well as positively inspiring teamwork. Food was very fresh, counter was organized and very clean, and all employees were hustling and (successfully) providing quality customer service and speedy service. Will definitely be returning in the future!

If I could give them 0 stars I would! My sister order food from here and had been eating When she got to the middle of the rice she found a long strand of hair. When she took it back they threw her plate away and only replaced her rice saying the other food was “gone” words from the manager. I went to tell them that it isn’t her fault hair was in the food and they need to replace the portion of the food she DID NOT FINISH. People come to these places and spend their hard earned money to receive BS then the places don’t want to fix the mistake.

Their noodles were dry overcooked and unedible. Ordered 2 spring rolls and they were over-fried and empty inside. They charged $1.50 which is understandable but they gave us 5 shrimps that were dry and with no walnuts or sauce on them. They were out of basically all sauces except for teriyaki and hot mustard. And after we paid the $15.98 the food wasn’t put in a bag and was thrown at us.
