I don’t leave too many reviews but this is now the second time in a row I had a bad experience. I asked for playe of teriyaki chicken and chow mein. The chicken was good but my chow mein was all onions and celery. Will not be back for a long time. This plays needs people who know how to manage and cook the food properly.

This was our 1st time at Panda Express & I was impressed. The food was very tasty, fast service & great customer service. The food was pricey but overall it was a good experience.

Not the greatest of the Panda Express that I have visited. The carb options, like the rice and noodles were honestly terrible. Not sure if they were recycled from the previous day but they were hard, stiff, and tasteless. The protein options on the other hand were very good. Chicken with mushroom was delicious. Portion size of course was on the small size but welcome to 2023.

Worst website of all time. The only reason we ordered from here and not the place, we love, 20ft away, was it was a fundraiser. The online menu was a disaster, we couldn’t get items we wanted, when we picked it up, they were all available but it was so busy and we paid, we said “it’s for a good cause”. Fast forward till we got home, order was a nightmare ‍♂️

I’d give negative stars if possible. My Husband & I ATTEMPTED to dine in. We were there for more than 5 mins before being acknowledged by any of the 5 employees who were in the food area. We were the only customers at the counter. We asked for a bowl & platter w/white rice & were told there was no white rice for 20 mins. We were told we couldn’t place an order (even though willing to pay full price, and told the employee that) w/o choosing side that we said would just be wasted. With so much poverty in our country, it’s appalling to see a food establishment that would rather have you waste food (we told them if we ordered a side, it would just be thrown in the trash because we don’t eat the other sides) because they don’t know how to enter an order without a side selected. Yes, we could’ve just gotten the entree as sides but that would’ve been more expensive and more food than we wanted. Staff was rude, ignorant and unhelpful. The employee just stood there staring without saying a word. My husband gave them a few choice words and we left. They lost a sale. It’s not just this location that is awful, it’s the Sicklerville store as well. We go to the Sicklerville store more frequently as it’s closer to our house. Terrible. Most of the employees at that location are equally as rude as well. They’re always out of something and often not replenishing food for the night – even if it’s at 6PM! Panda Express corporation might pride themselves on certain values but it’s pretty clear that those values haven’t trickled down to these 2 NJ locations.

This steak is extremely tough I mean this is ridiculous, I know this isn’t Ruth Chris but come on it’s completely not edible the shrimp are mushy like they are going bad I’m so disappointed. This was a waste of money this is the third time my food wasn’t good I tried to give the benefit of doubt because I’ve had great food at other Panda locations but No I’m good. In need of new management!!!

Went there for the first time and loved the food. The staff was friendly and so very helpful since I wasn’t sure how to order the food. Once I observed another customer, I understood. I think I was a little excited about going into a new place… but that’s just me. The staff was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable about the food choices. I would recommend Panda Express. The prices are affordable and comparable to the other asian food places in the area.

My friend introduced me to this restaurant and it has been a wonderful experience each time. The staff are friendly, quick, and professional. They want to make sure what your ordering is what you are getting! The staff are polite and the food is amazing. The spicy entrees, have just the right amount to give the dish some heat without causing your mouth to be on fire.
