Pancho’s Taqueria & Mexican Cafe is a locally owned and operated restaurant with a focus on making from scratch to order authentic Mexican American food.
Here at Pancho’s our kitchen is 100% scratch down to homeade tortillas and salsas. Specializing in traditional mexican breakfasts like heuvos rancheroes and breakfast burritos to taqueria staples like grilled to order tacos and tortas. We’ll also be serving up some traditional Mexican entrees like Machaca which is a braised and shredded beef that’s refried with peppers, onions, and poblano.
Our goal is to serve affordable traditional Mexican food that everyone can enjoy!

We had reserved a party of 12 which for being a small and more of a take out restaurant they were more than willing to accomodate. Lucky for us it was a beautiful evening and we enjoyed our dinner on the outdoor patio. Service was exceptional as they exolained their menu and gave suggestions and all was delicious. We did not like the scan and order feature but it was well worth the effort. Recommend this place.

What a surprise… expecting a Taqueria and got a full restaurant experience. The food taste was amazing, the dish selection was excellent and the service a five start. Home made chips and tortillas, this make this joint a special one. Will come back as a regular customer.

We absolutely love coming here! The food is amazing and always consistent. My friend lives in NE Mpls where we frequent many Mexican restaurants but he would rather drive to Panchos any day! We always order the Quesabirria, Machaca and the fresh cut fries. It tastes the same every single time, crazy delicious!

Awesome soulful food!! The portion size is above average. The spice level is just right. Vegetarian options available. Whenever me and my wife want some comfort food, we go here. This place has never disappointed us. The staff are friendly too. They will help you out and give you good suggestions. All in all, an awesome place to have Mexican food.

We’ve been coming here for dinner regularly but today was our first breakfast experience – tomorrow might be our second! Wow, how did I not know breakfast was an option?! We had the Abuelita Pancakes and an order of Huevos Rancheros and shared. So amazingly delicious. The pancakes tasted like fresh, warm sweet rolls – they tasted like love and grandma’s kitchen and Christmas and all-things-good. And the huevos?!?!? PERFECT level of hot, breakfast potatoes were sublime, my only regret was not getting a side of beans with the dish – but there’s always next time. I am so grateful to live within walking distance.

Helpful staff, faster than expected food preparation. We took ours to go for a picnic outside. Make sure to have plenty of napkins. Very good and very filling food. Quesabirria, kids quesadilla, and tomales were all very good and we liked the medium salsa.

The food is amazing at this unassuming, friendly little place! I’m partial to the carnitas and the roasted veggies, and my husband is addicted to the al pastor. There are several other choices of meats that you can get in a variety of ways, from tacos in soft corn shells to masa quesadillas to chimichangas, tortas and sopas. Their posole is fantastic too! Don’t pass by this place. Prices are good and the food is top notch.
