Moving from Nashville it was super hard to find a good Mexican restaurant until I found Panchos, most restaurants around here are catered to no taste bud having white people. This place is amazing, the Birria tacos are to die for and they actually have salsa and cheese dip!! Would recommend to anyone. Staff was also so great and attentive even though they were busy!

Birra tacos and Birra a la cart – both soo good!!! We had it to-go and made our own nachos at home that were amazing with their Birra!! Definitely recommend and I will definitely be back!!

I have not had a good Birria soup in Years. Wanted to try. Place is simple but it smells really good when you walk inside. The Birria is a Pork bone based broth with a slight tomato base soup boiled for hiurs . Served with raw red 9nions and lots of Cilantro. Fresh tortillas in the side. This was the real Deal legit Biriia like I ate alot in Oaxaca when I lived there fior 1.5 years. Real Deal.

this place is the real deal. everything was authentic and delicious and perfect. don’t forget to get the agua de jamaica. i also got the ceviche tostada which was SO GOOD. and of course the birria tacos + consome were mind blowing. thank you panchos!! currently laying down in the car and digesting.

This place was a gem. We ordered takeout and got two meals and were pretty hungry and still have leftovers. I’m obsessed with birria right now and I liked how the Pancho plate had a variety of items, which was fun. Online ordering and pick up was super smooth.

Hands down THE best barria in the valley. The rest of their menu is very delicious but the barria is so hard to resist. The flavor of their consomme is incredible and so full of rich depth of flavor. Great family owned business with some of the best Mexican food you will ever have in Utah. None of that Tex Mex nonsense to be found here.
