I had the pleasure of discovering Panchos and Juanchos, a Mexican and Colombian to-go restaurant that serves incredible tacos! Had awesome tacos and another steak dinner, and the food is 100% authentic, fresh, and worthy of 4.8 stars. Slight issue with the sauces; they’re more like water, so make sure if you want green or red hot sauce, you have something ready on your own. So why 2 stars? The ordering app tries to automatically add a 20% tip to the to-go order. This isn’t even delivery. I had to add a $$$ tip because I was literally ordering for 4 people and was scared I wouldn’t get enough chips, limes, or beans in the rice & beans. Then when I got there, I watched a young girl at the counter picking up a small order for herself, and the person working the counter put the terminal in front of her with these same tip suggestions. I saw the look on her face, and it was clear she just wanted to pay her $9.00 and not be shamed or pressured into adding another $2.00 for picking up her own food. Her discomfort made me feel even more uncomfortable, thinking, “Did I tip enough for my to-go order that I had to walk 2 blocks to pick up?” My message here is, “Charge what you need to charge and pay your workers enough so that you don’t make customers feel awkward.” I can’t go back. I’m embarrassed for the workers that have to feel like they’re begging to make a decent wage.

HIGHLY disappointed. I don’t know why the reviews are raving about the shrimp tacos. We ordered them just now & not only do the tortillas smell and taste so bad… but the taco is so plain and just tasteless. Not to mention I specifically asked for no cilantro and they covered my tacos in cilantro. The tortilla smells like playdo. Yeah probably won’t ever order from here again!

Great small restaurant for authentic Mexican and Columbian food. Ordered the chicken chimichanga which was fresh and flavorful. When you first sit down (only a few tables) they give you nacho chips and verde salsa. The waitress was pleasant and attentive. Wait a bit for the food but it was worth it. A small cooking area so it feels like you are in their home getting that special meal. I will return and try some of the other dishes.

They catered a great party I attended. The trays of shrimp and flautas were excellent. Stopped by the next day for lunch and enjoyed the guacamole, chicken empanadas (though I preferred the beef) and ordered more chicken flautas. Super authentic, delicious and family owned.

We went early afternoon and they weren’t able to prepare any dishes with shredded chicken.. But the chicken dish I settled for was tasty and fresh! Seating is very limited. Many customers came in to pick up their orders. I will definitely order for pickup next time.
