My family orders pick up fairly often but I never have gone myself until today. My servers were very friendly and patient as it was my first time. The food was very flavorful and none of the chicken or beef was dry! All the veggies and guacamole was fresh and I told them the freshly made tortillas are a game changer!

I like the food and service. However, I watched a worker assemble burritos, clean up, and ring up customers and handle their credit cards all while wearing the same pair of food service gloves. These gloves are to protect consumers from cross contamination, not protect the worker from getting their hands dirty. Servers need to remove/discard gloves between operations to prevent speeding bacteria/viruses/food borne illnesses.

I am prime member of Pancheros lol. Among Chipotle, Qdoba, Moes, and Pancheros – PANCHEROS IS THE BEST. They have well cooked rice, the hot sauce is my favorite and for a burrito they mix everything with a spoon at the end of your order.

Food was really good. Line was little long when I arrived. Waited less than 10 minutes, but then the cash register went offline so it was cash only. Sucks for everyone waiting that doesn’t carry cash. Staff was nice, food was good. Would probably return.

On June 7, 2022 I brought my employees, for a bite to eat, after a long day working. The total was about $40 and each of us ordered a drink, however when asking for a water cup was told they don’t provide water. There is clearly water at the Coke fountain and it feels completely unjustified to even offer me another option beyond paying for a full drink again.
