Visited Pancheros today for a pick-up order and while they were swamped with construction workers, their team managed to keep things moving. The order wasn’t exactly ready on time, but given the unexpected rush, I can totally understand. The wait wasn’t too long, which was appreciated!

I have picked up orders two times in 2 days and each time I’ve had food quality issues. Once with curdled sour cream in a burrito and another with scarce ingredients on a quesadilla (got more tortilla than cheese & meat). Quality control needed at this location.

Sadly, the last visit to this location was awful…not unlike the Iowa City locations. The staff was bickering amongst themselves and not paying attention to customers, even while in the process of making the food. The result was the worst Pancheros burrito I have ever had that contained ingredients i didn’t order. Best of luck to the management. I will give the Coralville location another try before completely avoiding any Pancheros in the greater Iowa City area.

Pancheros! This isn’t gonna be one of those I’ll never eat here again. Pancheros is a staple to me here in Iowa. Those workers I just saw are being over worked and can’t handle the flux of orders. I did see someone handle money and then continue making someone’s order. My burritos were still cold. Management you need to have better contingency plans for when it gets backed up.

Pancheros has gone downhill. Won’t eat here anymore. This particular location is the bottom of the barrel for quality at Pancheros, and it’s the closest location to me, so I don’t go anymore.

Used to be one of my favorites but has gone way down hill. I recently got a steak burrito and the steak was nothing but a bunch of hard fatty chunks that you couldn’t even chew. And this is not a one time incident. I stopped coming here for a while because of this but thought I’d try it again to see if it got any better but it’s actually worse. And of course the chips have always sucked. Don’t know why they can’t serve chips that aren’t stale and overly salted.
