Place was pretty gross. All the tables and chairs were dirty. Trash and food on the floors. The warming table had food slopped and dried all over it it was well after any lunch rush. Honestly the more I looked the whole place was gross. Thankfully I didn’t have a chance to really look around before I ordered cuz I would have just left. The gentleman that served us must have needed to conserve all his energy cuz even speaking seemed to take too much effort. Whispering was the most energy he could muster.

First time at this location, normally I go to the Apple Valley location. This location was alright, atmosphere was everything you’d expect from a Pancheros but the service was slow. They seemed confused and like they didn’t really care to be there. Took about 8-10 minutes to get my burrito after watching them start.

Came in for lunch at 12:45p on 4/22/23. I was never greeted with three workers in the front with no customers in front of them, they must’ve been working on to-go orders which is fine. No big deal. Waited a minute, then a young guy walked up to me and didn’t say a word, just stared at me, so I just asked for my burrito. Made the tortilla and just stared at me again, not saying a word, with a bored look on his face. I asked for my toppings. Employee still said nothing. Rang up my order and didn’t ask if I wanted a drink, so I asked for a bottle of soda. Gave me my total, I paid. Asked if I wanted a receipt, I said no. Forgot about my drink so I reminded him that’s all I needed. Grabbed the wrong one at first, but then found the correct one. Not a huge deal, but didn’t really seem like he was paying attention. I don’t really complain much, but the guy who helped me didn’t say one word to me until he gave me my total and asked if I wanted a receipt. This review is based solely on customer service, not the food. Any customer expects communication at the bare minimum. Didn’t think that was much to ask for. Disappointed because I’ve always had nice people help me in the past.

The place is hit and miss… some days they have a good lunch crew. Then some days you wonder how they figured out how to punch in. That crew drains no liquid from beans or anything and your burrito is mush. The other group is good… see 3 girls making them gwt a bowl or turn around.

Man, I dunno if I did something wrong again or if this place just absolutely lacks flavor or life. I got a chicken bowl but left out possibly key things like queso and sour cream in place of shredded cheese a salsa, and overall the bowl tasted like each ingredient were prepared in a separate facility. Strange watery half brined peppers, very bland and almost old tasking chicken, and the salsa flavor was non existent to the point I thought I might be getting sick again. I am already hungry as well and this was consumed just two hours ago. Very bad beans, just woah on the beans. Perhaps the least ethnic tasting experience at any tex mex I’ve ever been to. I can see why they mix the salsa in and inundate all the other flavors to actually add salt. Staff was nice enough though.

EVERYTHING HERE IS HALF OFF! Pay full price, receive half your food! We ordered lunch from this restaurant today and all three of our entrée items were missing half of the ingredients or more. We didn’t receive the side of chips and queso that was ordered either. We order from this restaurant fairly often and figured it was a simple mistake so we called the manager to receive a refund for the portion of the food that we paid for but didn’t receive. His answer was plain and simple, “no, I have some new guys working online orders and we don’t do refunds”. So my answer will be plain and simple as well, we don’t do business with the Moorhead Pancheros from here forward.

We like this location but time to time they don’t have shrimp or steak available for our burritos. The line cooks are usually good. They could do a better job of keeping the seating area clean.

Had the limited time shrimp in a burrito today and it was incredible! So tasty. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly take their food preparation seriously. Normally I also get their tofusada and chicken which I love too!

I eat here quite often as I work nearby. Usually the food is awesome. I ordered the shrimp burrito bowl today, as I have done in the past, via mobile order. So bummed that they burnt my shrimp. The whole bowl smells like burnt food and the shrimp have a not-so-nice charred taste
