Went for the first time ever, not quite knowing what to expect. The location was just built withing the past year. There was a line when we entered. There were 4 people working the front line. The lady on the very end was doing the lions share of the work, the 2 in the middle had no idea what to do, but the lady who was working hardest was having to tell the 2 in the middle what do step by step or they did nothing. The 4th worker just ran the register. General family concensus was the food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. Best described as “eh”. Flavors weren’t cohesive and textures could have been better, but food was very fresh. None of the tables were clean, which I thought was odd. The whole time we were eating, no one wiped down a single table around us. The two staff members who were working hard were ironically also the friendliest of the staff. Bottom line, for this food, and experience, I’d likely not return unless menu prices were about half what they charge. Would recommend Los Agaves, LA Rancherita, Los Chorros, or even Taco John’s over Pancheros.

Amazing food. Same idea as chipotle but so much better. They actually care about the ingredients.

Outrageous prices for the serving size of meat and veggies. They’ll overload it with rice to give girth though. Up charged for basic queso, I guess it’s a charge to keep the cheese warm vs in its shredded form. Once everything is mixed and put together the amount of salt used in each various ingredient comes together to for what essential tastes like a salt rock wrapped in a chewy undercooked tortilla. 1st and last time in.

I’ve had 2 bad experiences at this location. I have ordered food for delivery twice from this location and the first time I was delivered someone else’s order which they made up for in terms of a free entree but then when I ordered again for delivery (at work, can’t leave) the order came with no silverware for a burrito bowl so again my lunch was ruined. I’m not sure I’ll order from here again.

Fantastic 1st time experience. The person behind the counter took time to explain everything. She was very polite and patient with us. Will definitely be back.

Two bad meals in a row! First was when they were out of rice and they admitted that they used a substitute product to get by. Rice was hard and crunched when I ate it. Today I tried again and my burrito was pure soup. There was so much queso in it that it just fell apart into a big pile of mush. I normally love this place but for $13 for a burrito and soda, I expect more.

They staff was talking amongst themselves when I came in. The counter tops were filthy. The food was cold and the price was very expensive for the quality. I got a burrito but couldn’t even hold it as it was soup like and ate it with a spoon.

This was my 1st time eating Pancheros. I was so excited, new establishment, High expectations! Sadly disappointed. The food tasted good. The rest was very mediocre. Glass partition between customers and food was cracked/broken, wasn’t nearly as clean as should be, soda machine had no ice, dirty tables. 4-5 people working there and we walked in to a completely empty restaurant. But we made the best of it and enjoyed the view of John Deere express way and all the traffic!! Best part was the company I shared it with! 2 nieces!!!

This is possibly the best Pancheros I have ever been to!!! The staff was amazing, the food was fantastic, and I felt like I was the most important person to them. A great experience, the whole package! I wish there was a Pancheros in my town, and these people worked it.

I usually love this place. It was my first time at the moline location. It was a pretty big let down, the veggies tasted nasty, everything tasted wet and mushy. The employees are very nice but it doesn’t look like they have very good management there. For just being newly opened you think the owner would be there. I’ve never been to a newly opened or even remold where the owner or his right hand guy there overseeing things to make sure the employees are trained right. They need to learn how to cook properly. Like drain the excess water out of the containers.
