I placed an online order for Tacos and they gave me a tortilla with only carnitas, no topping no sauce NOTHING. the “Owner’s wife” Nema did not want to fix our order, she was very rude and argumentative the moment we walked back in the store. The portion is fairly small. I asked for more on everything and there’s still barely any salsa after mixing. The taste isn’t very great either. Honestly just go to CHIPOTLE. Don’t bother here! They didn’t have veggies included and didn’t have lettuce at all.

I spent 11 dollars on two of the worlds smallest tacos. You spend 11 dollars at moes for tacos and at least they give you chips and a side. Panchero is lousy their food is becoming low quality and the price is way too high for the amount of food given. The portion size was so small I had to request more chicken because she put half a scoop….. for 11 dollars I shouldn’t have to tell someone to add more food. Then to top it off they charged me extra for rice on my taco….. I will NEVER go back here it was disgusting and such poor quality. I’ll be going to chipotle or moes because at least they give you lots of food for what you’re spending & it has taste.

Went here about a year ago and ordered again today. The quality has gone way downhill and they have cutback the portion sizes but still charge the same. Two tacos here equate to one medium taco from other Mexican restaurants.

1st time ordering and the last! So you’re telling me I spent $18 on rice sour cream cheese beans and meat? No lettuce no tomato not even corn salsa unless I pay extra. I pay these prices at chipotle for more! What the hell?! Never ordering from here again unless I want over priced food with half a container worth. Rip off! I asked for utensils…didn’t even get that.
