This place is absolutely incredible. Entire menu is vegan and Soo delicious. More than the food, the service was ridiculously good. Lauren was our waitress and she consistently checked on us to make sure that we had everything we needed and she also made really recommendations. She is the best server I’ve had by far in a while at any restaurant. We also visited with a baby and Lauren was very patient and even offered to assist with entertainment so the mom could. 10/10 would recommend this place to vegans and non-vegans alike.

Everything we had was good. They forgot an order of waffles we ordered but luckily that worked out well for us because everything else was very filling. The Lit lemonade was amazingly good. Looks like they do live music on Sundays during brunch times.

Excellent relaxing atmosphere with out door seating. Very nice and clean with a bar. Great customer service with kind and welcoming people. The IPA is very good and the restaurant offered a great variety of different burgers that are all vegan. Everything was very delicious from the “Trash Burger” to the fries, to the house-made ranch, and the artichoke dip and sides. Also prices are like a normal restaurant and not extra expensive because it’s vegan food. The prices are fair as you would expect at any other sit down restaurant. Exquisite cuisine all around and cannot give this place enough stars!! Go and enjoy!

We just moved here from Cincinnati and this was our first visit to Panacea. It has a groovy vibe like some of our favorites in Cincy. Our server, Lauren was very bubbly and attentive. Their food is incredible We found that their double IPA is the closest thing to Cincinnati’s Rhinegeist the “Truth” that we have been able to find in Wilmington. 10 out of 10 recommended! ✌

Arrived on a late Friday afternoon. It was not crowded and sat on the patio. The ambiance was awesome with the perfect dining experience on a beautiful day. I was greeted with a smile by all employees as I passed them heading to the patio. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable.

Super cute cafe specializing in vegetarian and vegan foods as well as house-made kombucha (alcoholic or NA.) The server was a ray of sunshine while the rain poured outside. We had the fried pickle chips and the cauliflower “wings”. The batter and crispy fry on the cauliflower was the best I’ve ever had.

My husband and I visited for the first time about 2 weeks ago. We live out of town and are planning another trip just to come back. We had the chili cheese fries, I ordered the trash burger, add pickles. Was phenomenal. Had to eat with a knife and fork. Beetroot ketchup is a delightful surprise. He had the gyro (had previously seen a Reuben on the menu and was planning for that, but we missed it, hope they bring it back). He loved the gyro and pasta salad. We only have one (very new) all vegan restaurant where we live so we enjoy exploring other cities and their options. This is a new favorite. Will be back very soon!

I’m not vegan but I’ve eaten enough vegan foods and in enough vegan establishments to really appreciate all of the effort/creativity/flavors that go into Panacea’s menu. I’ve now visited multiple times and there hasn’t been one bad thing on their menu. The Kombucha, both with and without alcohol, is delicious! The atmosphere is delightful and the service is top notch!
