We are just passing through and stopped for the night. Wanted some BBQ and found this place! OMG! If you’re ever in Red Bluff, this place is worth the stop. We ordered the Texas Style Burnt Ends Brisket amongst other things. All great, but the brisket melts in your mouth. My family all agree, this is the best brisket we ever ate! The staff at the Grill and Palomino Room are super friendly and very helpful. Thanks Red Bluff! This experience made our day!

Their new chef is incredible! I got pulled pork sandwich, the bun was fresh, the pulled pork was moist and literally finger licking good. The fries were fresh and perfect crunch! My friend got their stroganoff soup and got seconds because it was that good! Love the service and atmosphere always friendly and inviting. A total hit on karaoke night!

Pretty typical bar, nothing special. They have pool, which adds to the appeal. Seats weren’t terrible, but not comfortable enough to make you want to stay a while. The bar tender was very friendly, but was confused at my request for a mocktail. They did check on us at our table to make sure we were good on drinks. We didn’t have any food, but my friend recommended their fish and chips.

Stopped at the Palomino after a day in Lassen NP. It’s a unique place with an inside window to order food and you order drinks at the bar. They have separate owners and thus separate bills. At the chef’s recommendation we had BLT quesadilla & the steak bits and a local blonde brew. Service was prompt. The local crowd was fun and chill and welcoming to all. They must get an eclectic crowd because the TVs above the bar were showing a rodeo, a show about the Tour de France and collegiate women’s volleyball. Perfect end to a perfect California day!

We tried to eat here while traveling. No one came, even though they could see us. Finally asked for a menu and they didn’t have any. The 5 they had were being used. It was obnoxiously loud and you could tell they were more interested in the locals than making any money off the dozen travelers

Awesome place to go and meet some very good people in Red Bluff ca. Awesome bar with 2 bars down low that are together and a great eating spot called Ramon’s inside next to the two bars. Oh, I dint mention the top stairs that also has a dancing and bar also for the weekend’s. All together great place.
