I wanted to try something different so I had vegetarian enchiladas. The presentation was unique, it was very flavorful and satisfying. My friend had chicken fajita enchiladas and she really liked them. We ordered a prickly pear and Watermelon margaritas, they were both really good. They brought us a plate of rice and beans to share. The food menu is small. They have plenty of drinks to choose from. I would go back to try something else.

The food was great, but we sat at a temporary table even though we had reservations, so the chairs sucked. It’s probably the best queso and enchiladas I’ve had anywhere.

We had the beef fajitas for two. I would definitely recommend that if you’re unsure of what to eat. My friend had the birria tacos, and she said it was great. I had the Mexico City Paloma and the House Margarita. They were both good. Getting a pitcher makes sense if you all want the same drink. Nice, fun atmosphere at the Stockyards.

Came here on a Friday night for dinner with friends. House margarita was yummy, chips were crispy, and salsa was warm with a pleasant spiciness. I had the chicken enchiladas which were delicious and hubby had the beef enchiladas which he said they were the best he has had. Atmosphere is too loud indoors but the patio looks like it would be perfect.

Came to Paloma for a Thursday night dinner, the place is tucked away at the end of a small walkway, the restaurant was busy and lively, the drinks and service were great, I would say good for families, date night ls or group dinners. The brisket stuffer fried jalapenos were so yummy! The aguachile was ok, shrimp portion was small and shrimp were over cooked in the lemon juice, we also tried the birria tacos, with goat meat, the meat and consume were really good but the tacos were soggy on one side, made it difficult to eat. Overall, 4 stars.

We really enjoyed this place. The food was amazing and service was well. It was a touch expensive for the kind of food, but otherwise was great. My wife had the chiliquilas rojo, I had the chicken fajita enchiladas with green jalapeño salsa. Not we great portions and had great taste.

Great restaurant, great outdoor seating, huge bar and dining area. Service like most restaurants is extremely slow. The food is good one friend had the vegetarian enchiladas said it was OK my friend that had the kale and salmon salad give it five stars. I had the fajitas which would’ve been given three stars. Not bad, but not great. Just OK overall great restaurant.

Loved the vibe and cleanliness of this resturant. Had a food menu ranging from appetizers, unique birria tacos, fajitas and enchiladas and a drink menu ranging from beers and signature cocktails. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. The queso de la casa and beef short rib birria tacos were slamming delicious.

Came here for a friend’s birthday dinner. Didn’t get a photo of the birria tacos but they were really flavorful and some of the best I’ve had, though pricey at $18ish for just two tacos. Rice and beans were pretty bland and nothing to write home about. Very good frozen margaritas and chips and salsa though! They also had nice twinkly lights and decorations on the patio, which was playing good music. Would definitely come again!
